  Hello to whom it may concern I recommend looking for someone else to handle your intake calls if you want more sales. I had called earlier today at 1:08pm when a lady answered the phone I asked if this is the owner or manager did not reply yes or no disregarded my question told her who i was because i have a company and bought two properties that need the roof looked at and replaced but instead I was cut off and the lady yelled I'm in a middle of a meeting and hung up on me. What a nice first impression and last.

  I am sorry I was unable to hear your sales pitch. We get 50 of those a day. We give our customers exceptional service and our 30 year history reflects that! If you truly wanted assistance with a job, you would not call and ask for the owner, it's a sale ploy we see all too often. You don't call a tint company, and ask to speak with the owner, you ask for a quote on your specific vehicle. You don't call a restaurant and ask to speak with the owner, you order your food. Perhaps both parties can improve on their method of communication, and we will certainly look at the approach from our end. Thank you for the suggestion.   Do not recommend I made an appointment the young lady I spoke to said someone was going to be out here on Monday. No one never called. I called back on Thursday. No one knew anything about my appointment just a waste of time.

We have nobody named Jayden here, and we also are only open Monday through Friday. You must have us confused with another business and your one star rating hurts us. There is a Millard Roofing in Oklahoma that has not one thing to with my business here in Tampa. I hope you get the help you need, but this review is not for us. Please remove your comment.

  Earlier today, Brandi, one of the owners of the company hung up on me and hasn’t called me back. This company apparently did the roof on my $800,000 new construction home. There are wavy shingles and when I questioned her, she got very defensive and told me that the county inspectors were there. First, it’s in the City of Tampa so there is no county. Second, the homebuilder uses a private party inspection company, so no city inspectors inspected the roof. I caught her in two different lies within the first 60 seconds. When I tried to dig deeper she got very defensive, upset and hung up on me. Brandi has the snobby attitude where she tells me that she’s been doing roofs for 30 years. I cannot imagine a licensed, bonded, insured company where the owner is so immature that they will hang up on a customer.

  I would not recommend. The gentleman that came out was friendly, but in my opinion very dishonest. He exaggerated the condition of my roof to sell the entire replacement of it. I had a few other qualified estimates that were completely opposite of what he said. Bottom line, I would go elsewhere or at least get multiple estimates.

  Outstanding service from start to finish! Brandi Millard was super quick to respond with a quote when other companies lagged behind, and her communication was fantastic. The crew came out to replace 5 tiles, thoroughly inspected our whole 14-year-old roof, and reassured us about its condition—giving us total peace of mind. They even adjusted our final invoice to be lower than the original estimate. I’d recommend Millard Roofing in a heartbeat!

  I highly recommend this family owned roofing Co. Excellent comunication, excellent work, excellent materials, excellent results. If I could give six stars I would. Ryan the supervisor was on top of the job from start to finish. Job was finished in two days.Workers were experts in there jobs. Very satisfied. Call ask for Brandi she will take care of you. The BEST !!!!

  Millard roofing get 5+ stars and more! They were amazing and the work they did was even better. We called them in a panic regarding our roof needing to be repaired before our house was given to the new owners and they had us scheduled within a week and had it done within a few days Definitely recommend!!!   Highly recommend Millard Roofing! From the beginning of the process to the final inspection, everything was fantastic. The communication was great, the staff was hard working and professional.   I would give them 10 stars if I could. Brandi's customer service was exceptional. Fast response times, thorough estimates, and lots of communication and follow up. Millard Roofing is reliable, affordable, and dedicated to their trade. I referred them to several sellers who needed roof replacements, repairs or estimates during negotiation. They have come thru for the customer every time.

  It was time for a new roof, and I’m very glad I chose Millard Roofing. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well communicated. Brandi was wonderful to work with and she made the process easy, including helping me choose the right shingles. Chuck, the crew supervisor, was on site throughout the project and did an excellent job keeping everything organized and moving forward. The entire crew worked extremely hard, stayed focused, and clearly took pride in their work. There was a significant amount of roof decking that needed to be replaced, and Millard Roofing handled it, no problem. They kept me informed, explained what was going on, and made sure the work was done properly. Some days the crew worked 12 hours, and their dedication really shows. The finished roof looks excellent, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the entire experience. I would highly recommend Millard Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company that keeps you updated, stays on-track, and does the job the right way.

  Love this company! Ended up having a small leak from an area around my chimney not being sealed. I called and they answered and fixed it the next day! Another company had looked at it and not found anything wrong. They are thorough, detailed, excellent at communicating, and have the best customer service!!! I highly recommend them! Anything wrong with one’s roof can be extremely stressful, but they were so kind and didn’t even charge me for the small issue. Highly highly recommend to all friends and family. Will use them again in the future!! I’ve also had other houses with roof repairs or roofs needing redone and never had such clear, easy, direct communication and transparency. You won’t regret choosing them as your roofers!!

That visit led me to meet Ms. Brandi, one of the most patient and kind contractors I’ve ever encountered. After receiving several estimates from different companies, I ultimately chose Millard Roofing. I had been awarded a My Safe Florida Home grant, and Ms. Brandi’s strong knowledge of the program helped me make the best decisions for the health and safety of my roof. The workmanship was superb.
