  I was disappointed to experience a clear violation of basic respect and Florida solicitation guidelines from a representative of Trinity Restoration & Roofing in Riverview. Despite a prominent "NO SOLICITING" sign displayed on my front door—which serves as a reasonable request for privacy under common interpretations of state and local rules governing door-to-door sales—a salesperson proceeded to knock firmly and ring the doorbell. This disturbed my wife, a night-shift ICU nurse, causing disruption during her limited sleeping time. Such disregard for clearly posted boundaries raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to professionalism and compliance with homeowner preferences, particularly in an industry prone to unsolicited visits after storms. I strongly recommend choosing a roofing provider that prioritizes respect for residents' stated wishes and avoids imposing on households in this manner. Photo attached is of their salesman.

  I have had a horrible experience with this company. I hired the to install my new roof. They did so much damage. The sent an inexperienced crew to roof my house. No one told them about taking gutters they put screws all in my gutters everywhere. They messed up the facia board too. I can’t make this up, really they made holes in my roof and didn’t bother to tell. They couldn’t speak English. They had no one supervising them . No one told me that the crew had left holes all around my roof line.. My pest control inspector saw them when he came to inspect the roof to be sure everything had been done correctly . He found 8 holes, prefect for rats to inner my attic. Trinity wanted him to put in a claim for the holes. He repaired them telling them that the weather had not caused them. They were asking a company to do something that is not ethical . Trinity project manager Taylor, was trying to get them to do do a claim knowing the roofer made the holes. She kept annoying they told her they would fix them themselves. And this company did, and do you know what, they did not charge me one penny for fixing these holes. Rocket Pest and Company fixed them at no cost to me. The man who put flashing around my chimney destroyed the stucco on wall around chimney up he smeared tar all over it trying to hide what he had done.They were not supervised. Nobody check their work after they finished. They have done a lot of damage around my roof and under it. And they do not want to pay for it. Let me clarify that they’re wanting another check from me and now they’re telling me that they’ll fix everything if I give them my insurance settlement because they put in a late claim. Every time there was a check they said they would fix my gutters and other damage. It was a lie. However, the first check from my insurance company was delayed, so in their great wisdom they told me they were gonna put a lien against my house. And if they did not get their money, they were have their attorney handle

Each time, our team reached out to schedule those repairs, the direction we received from you either changed or we were asked not to complete the work. We remained willing to make things right at every step. Regarding payment, there is still an outstanding balance for the work that was completed per the signed agreement. We have tried to handle this matter respectfully and transparently, and we’ve communicated clearly about the remaining funds and the steps required to close out the project. We understand how stressful any home project can be, especially when insurance is involved. Our team is still willing to complete the agreed-upon repairs so this project can be finalized properly. If you would like us to proceed, we are more than happy to schedule a time. If you prefer to discuss this directly, we welcome the opportunity to speak and bring this to a resolution.

  I called to get an estimate on a roof they said they were going that day. After a couple of days I call them back and they tell me "we couldn't find it so we left". No phone call no text just left me wondering. I would hate to see what they would do on a roof I would never use such an irresponsible company if this is how they deal with a potential customer just think how they are once they get your money. Maybe they just thought the job was too small but I work for a corporation with a lot of roofs. I will go to one of the smaller guys

  Good morning Mr. Michael. After looking into this further, It seems you are missing a bit of information. After trying to pull a measurement on the property it was brought to my attention that it was a trailer park Dwelling and the measurements from EagleView, (our satellite measurement system.) couldn’t pull the measurements because there were multiple buildings on this address. We requested more information regarding the building itself and we never heard back from you. Please if there is anything we can do to help you more feel free to reach out. Thank you!

  Disrespectful and condescending. The employees of this company do not respect neighbors nor do they respect No Soliciting. Expecting elderly or vulnerable people to open their door to strangers just to be harassed for business is an outdated sales model and is frankly dangerous.
