  I selected Steadfast for a roof repair due to their high rating of 5 stars. I scheduled a quote for the next day, during which I received an estimate to replace two skylights and fix a roof leak. I returned the signed quote via email within an hour. Subsequent communication issues arose, including difficulties in scheduling a specific time for the repairs, with an initial estimate of "sometime in the middle of next week" being provided without further clarification. Upon follow-up, there was confusion regarding receiving the signed quote, which I had emailed back immediately. They took no accountability and scheduled the repair for a Saturday now. Post-repair, it was noted that precautions to protect the interior from the debris were not taken, resulting in a considerable mess and shingle nails found within the home for days after. I've done contract work for years, and the job was very unprofessional, but this is Florida, so I am getting used to it. I would have given them 1 star, but they were reasonably priced and finished the job, which is saying a lot about these days.

  This company ask for reviews BEFORE they do work because he LOOKED at the work and said I would not be charged if I left a good review. I wonder how many other reviews are because of the same situation. When I reached out to get the work done because I would not allow him and his lackey to fleece the insurance company for a whole new roof, he made clear just doing a repair was not worth his time. THIS guy is why insurance prices are rising.

  Ethan was our estimator. He was very thorough and gave us a great price. Our crew was always great. Professional, timely, and courteous. They provided photos of day to day progress. Upon completion they throughly checked our lawn to make sure there was no nails left behind.

  Steadfast was quick with a quote, very reasonable. I installed the third tier, glad I did, my home was 1800 sq ft and they finished in one day. Kim and her crew were pleasant and easy to work with, very conscientious and cleaned up around the house very good. Would recommend giving Steadfast the opportunity to quote your roof work.

  Colvin came out to my home in Wimauma the very same day I called for service. Not only did I have someone here within 2 hours of me calling but I also had the repair on my home done. Quick and easy and Colvin was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this company!

  Colvin with steadfast roofing came by on a Saturday called me before and let me know when he will arrive. I had another roofer come and still had the leak. He found the leak and explained to me with photos exactly what the issue was. Right before the storm. Highly recommend

  One of our skylights started leaking badly during a recent thunderstorm. We called Steadfast Roofing and Franklin came out late on a Friday afternoon to inspect the damage. He had the repair crew out early the following morning and they quickly fixed the issue. We then coordinated with Franklin to have our skylights replaced. One again top notch communication and service! Highly recommended!
