When Steven arrived he handed me some sort of document that had someone else’s information on it. When I returned it back to him, and informed him that this wasn’t me, he just shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal. He then inspected my …

We read so many good reviews, and Wayne had been recommended by a friend. Our experience however was the WORST. They showed up, two young men, one a nephew of Wayne. They spent less than 10 minutes at our home telling us we needed a complete new roof and would send a quote. Well, further bids confirmed what we felt was true, we do not need a new roof (7-9 years remaining) we only needed a small repair AND we never heard another word from Wayne Gonzalez Roofing. They never called or provided a quote, never checked back in, they went silent. Did they know they tried to scam us? Not sure but do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company.

The price, warranty, and included fascia and plywood were the best of all the roofers that quoted us. Their team started earlier than originally committed, did a great job, and fixed the one item that needed attention without any hassle. They were also the most seamless to work with on the documentation we needed to close on our house. I've worked with several contractors while selling this house, and Wayne Gonzalez Roofing has been the best of them. Steven is responsive and great to deal with.

We would highly recommend Wayne Gonzalez roofing for all of your roofing needs. They came in with a good price, the crew was efficient, and they did a great cleanup at the end of the project. What I liked most was that Steve was so quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. Top notch company.

I highly recommend Wayne Gonzalez Roofing, Inc.! I initially contacted them because I thought I had a roof leak that needed to be repaired. From the very first interaction, I was impressed by their responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service. The representative showed up right on time and took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue — not only on the roof, but also in the attic. What impressed me most was their honesty. After inspecting everything, they determined that the source of the leak was actually an AC duct junction box, not the roof. Rather than trying to sell me a roof repair I didn’t need, they were completely upfront and recommended that I simply contact an AC company to address the issue. As a homeowner, I truly appreciated that level of honesty and integrity. As a real estate agent, I’m always looking for reliable, trustworthy vendors I can confidently refer to my clients — and Wayne Gonzalez Roofing is definitely going on that list. Thank you for the excellent service, promptness, professionalism, and, most importantly, for doing the right thing. I will absolutely use them in the future and refer them to others!

Great experience with Steve Gonzales. He came to estimate a leak repair and was able to fix it while here and didn’t charge me! He said the leak was caused by a nail sticking up and showed me a photo. He pounded the nail back in and problem …

I highly recommend Wayne Gonzalez Roofing for any and all of your roofing needs. The experience was exceptional and professional. They answer when you call, they call you when they say they will and they will help you make a claim if your current roof is not true to it's warranty. The work crews are extremely knowledgeable and efficient and they do beautiful work. Not to mention the continual clean up. Great experience, if you need a new roof look no further! As a follow up to this post from 2024 today May 26, 2026 I contacted Stephen because I thought I had a roof leak. He came right out, found a plumbing leak instead, this saved me from the obvious! I have never worked with a company as well run and happy to help as this one. And no, they didn't charge me! There is none better.

Easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever had. From day one they were professional and they were able to get me a quote and schedule a roof replacement very quickly. Remember when you could trust someone’s word with just a handshake? That’s Wayne Gonzalez Roofing. The roof came out perfect. I recommend them to all of my friends.
