Arizona Pristine Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Arizona Pristine Roofing.

The staff is very rude and they do not take their customers time for granted. The receptionist Peter even does not acknowledge the big mistake he made because he made the appointment for the inspector to come to my house today, May 13th, and even nobody notified me they changed the inspection appointment to be actually on May 14th because they made a mistake ...and the guy, Peter even did not consider it was a problem, talking to him made my blood pressure evaluated...

Super happy with APR. They were friendly & knowledgeable. Explained our options & costs involved. Had reasonable pricing. Their crew completed the work in only 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up each day. I will definitely be recommending them to friends & family. A++ company.

I'm not the review leaving type by any means but JJ is on top of the game for sure. I asked a question on a Facebook group while at work, thinking its going to be a few days before anyone can come out, etc., and within a couple hours, he's at my door, fixing my tiles. I cannot express how grateful I am for it, and even though I learned some things about the build quality of my home, I will, for sure, be contacting him again in the future to address those problems. Hands down will be recommending this guy and his company from here on out.

These guys are the best. They did a roof inspection for me. Gave me an honest assessment. I found out I had hail damage. They worked with my insurance and got my roof completely paid for. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Estavan was a professional when it came to me and my neighbors needs. He was right on it when I called him. He helped work with my insurance company to get done what i needed. He is very meticulous when it comes to cleaning up when the Roofers are there. Please reach out to him if you need a new roof. You won't be disappointed.
