  They did not get back to me in time and caused me to lose the insurance coverage on roof. I regret answering the door when solicited. Tony was the guy who said he'd call me back and didn't.

  I scheduled an appointment with Ryan for a minor leak repair, roof inspection, and to quote a roof replacement. Ryan agreed to call when on his way. He didn't call, or show up to the appointment, or reply to my text at the time of the appointment. Very unprofessional

  Used this company and they left tons of nails on drive. I ran over some...thats how I found 4 handfuls of nails. Ryan said that's impossible...well Ryan your a goof.your mom can't even write a check for the 2 referrals I gave also that landed him 12k

  From start to finish Arc was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Jillian was so courteous and very knowledgeable of the products. She was responsive to our questions and helpful in deciding colors and materials. The crews did an excellent job, paid attention to detail, and left everything clean and neat when the work was finished.We were very pleased with the quality of work and would definitely recommend Arc Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

  We used ARC Roofing and were so happy with the whole process! We desperately needed to get a new metal roof and I’m so happy we went with ARC! They were quick to get the roof and gutters installed and the communication was excellent with all team members. Definitely recommend!

  This was my first experience with storm damage and with a home owners claim. While my insurance company was a challenge, ARC Roofing walked me through the entire process. They were easy to communicate with, kept me informed and made an overwhelming experience tolerable. My roof and gutters look amazing!

  We had new roof installed, new gutters installed with gutter guards. They did a great job and would highly recommend them. Their price was really good. ARC was very easy to work with!

  Everyone did a great job. The work was super, cleanup was great, no nails or discarded materials were left in yard. Management always got back to me quickly to answer questions. I highly recommend ARC Roofing. They also put new siding on the house & did great.

  The staff at ARC did a great job! Ryan was flexible with our schedule and courteous. The staff showed up at 6:30 AM on the dot, install a new roof, and were leaving at 3:30 PM. Everyone was professional and timely. I would contact ARC again if I needed help with my roof.

  I had a roof installed in 2024 with good quality and craftsmanship. Here we are in 2026 with no issues to report. My insurance provider offered a discount for certain roofing conditions, which ARC roofing was willing to provide >2 years after install was completed. This is a great example of a roofing company sticking around and taking care of their customers. Others might be a dollar or two cheaper, but if long-term commitment means anything to you, ARC is a solid choice. I would use them again without hesitation!
