We have scheduled a time to have all the necessary corrections made to your roof to bring it to the highest industry standard. Update: You denied the repair and After court, your case was found to be untrue and we were awarded the full balance w/ no repair.

  We kept calling them to report that shingles were not laying down…no response. They did not cork the pipe boots properly or screw them down after installing a new roof. Our point of contact left the company which we were not aware of. Now they are saying they will not reimburse us or pay for repairs needed because it is outside of their 2-year service warranty. They also stated that if they did the basic repairs it would be far more expensive than the current roofer we plan to go with. Plus it took the new roofer to find them to even get in contact with them. I would not recommend this company at all.

  A mark of a good company is how well they stand by their work. Shortly after the final inspection the drip edge started to come loose in a few area on the roof, after multiple calls and several weeks the company has still not made an effort to fix the issue. It is also worth noting that if you have pets or children take precautions. I specifically asked them to be carful with shed nails and despite their agreement to do so, I found over 200 in the lawn and around the house after they had completed their cleanup.

  The contractor claimed that my roof had hail damage. He took pictures as evidence. I felt I was pressured to sign an agreement, which I refused to sign. I was getting quotes for roof work from other companies and no asked me to sign an agreement. I scheduled an inspection of my roof with my insurance adjustor, and the contractor failed to show up, prioritize my project, and share his findings with the adjustor. My adjustor said my roof was not damaged, which was in contrast to the contractor findings from Roof it Forward. Furthermore, the contractor failed to communicate with my adjustor about the inspection discrepancy as a follow-up. In summary, this process felt shady and like a scam operation to hijack insurance claims in order to gain business. It is likely that certain insurance companies participate in this hoax, but my insurance company is top rated. I would avoid this operation at all costs because an insurance fraud suit will likely arise due to their practices.

We pride ourselves in doing video inspections and sharing them with every customer before a claim is filed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, but are unsure you worked with our company on this project. We did stop by your home, left a card, and received a call back from you. However - there was never a contract signed on our end, a rep on your roof, or a meeting with the adjuster. There was mention of reaching out to other roofing companies on your end, so perhaps there is some confusion. We sincerely apologize this hasn't been a positive experience and that the insurance company is taking an unfavorable stance in your situation. If you would like to see if we could truly assist with this matter, please reach out to our office and we could potentially help with your situation.

  Mark and Richard are both phenomenal and far exceeded expectations in terms of customer service, industry knowledge, and taking care to complete the job fully and completely. The work crews that came out were highly skilled, clean, courteous and fantastic to work with. Highly recommend these two gentlemen, the work crews, the company as a whole! They communicate well, show up on time, and get the job done completely and professionally!!

  ARAC Roof it Forward installed new shingles and ridge vent, and removed a chimney and attic fans. I was well informed of the scope of work prior to the installation date. The crew arrived on time, verified the scope of work before starting, and completed the work the same day. Noman was onsite, kept me informed of the progress, and inspected the work once completed. The roof had no issues after heavy rains and strong wind gusts.

  ARAC Roof It Forward did a complete tear off and re-roof of my home, and I am totally pleased. ARAC Representative Noman Iqbal did an outstanding job managing the project from the initial process of evaluating our roof, meeting with our insurance companies' adjuster, and then ultimately completing the work. I have been in the commercial building business all of my life, and consider myself very discerning (picky), and I know that I can be a pain to deal with - but Noman's very calm demeanor and professionalism made the project much smoother than I coud have anticipated. I have my own drone, and inspected the roof closely after completion, and made a "punch list" of every little thing I found (which were few & very minor items), and just the same Noman had his best man take care of those items to my satisfaction with no resistance. I have to say I am a very untrusting person when it comes to dealing with subcontractors - but Noman earned my trust. I do also have to admit that I did have a good feeling about dealing with Noman from the start because he had recently completed the replacement of two of my adjacent neighbor's homes - and they also were successful projects, and my neighbors were very happy. Noman's crew took care in protecting our extensive landscaping, making sure all nails & debris were picked up. We have a larger, upscale home with some steep areas, and ours was a complicated roof to do overall. I don't hesitate a second to recommend ARAC, and particularly Noman Iqbal.

  Excellent experience with Chris and Jordan, first they climbed and inspected my roof. then flew drone overhead to capture images and video of the damage from a recent thunderstorm. And then worked with my insurance company and adjuster for the entire claim process. My roof was replaced with Owens Shingle which was very good quality product. The roofers did an excellent job on the installation, cleaned up All around my house and Jordan and Chris spent a fair amount of time the at the job site watching over the tear off and replacement. The new roof looks great, We have received some nice comments from the neighbors. Very professional company and employees to work with. I would easily refer their work.

  Roof It Forward provided excellent service after a storm and hail damaged our roof. We were working on a very tight schedule and the company managed to schedule a crew and complete the job in just a few days. In addition, there was some wood repair that was added in for a very reasonable price. Roof It Forward worked very well with my insurance company. Overall, I was amazed at how well they got me through the process and in the end my new roof looks great!
