  Extremely disorganized. We were told the project would take 3-4 days. It ended up taking two weeks. A few very hot days most certainly played a part in this, but we were never updated on a change in time frame until we asked. On the first day of the project, the person who showed up informed us they couldn’t get a crew together so there would not be a full team working. The project manager never reached out to explain how this might cause issues with the completion date either. They started the project by removing and replacing something we never asked them to do. The dumpster was around for maybe two days of the project. Eventually, garbage was just left in our driveway until we finally said we wanted the garbage picked up each day. (An August 27th Facebook post from the company claims they keep job sites clean- I beg to differ). When we addressed some concerns with our project manager, we never received an apology or even an acknowledgement of understanding. In fact, in most interactions, he seemed defensive and unfriendly. Once everything was completed, it was an overall great job. I would not recommend this company. If you do move forward with them, get all information on time frame/work crew/etc upfront. Reach out to the project manager daily if you want to know what is going on, otherwise you'll be left in the dark.

  Apply Rite roofing charged me around $16,000 for a full roof tear off and replacement. It took them 3 months to finally “finish” our roof, despite the fact there is still holes visible within the flashing. There was trash left all over the site as well which Dustin, has the audacity to state the “flashing and materials left over wasn’t” theirs, whose else could it be Dustin and Nick? We were disappointed, but even more disappointed when having an inspection with the building department to find out our roof was actually not replaced AT ALL. They roofed over the 4 layer roof creating 5 layers, which caused a total roof failure. We’ve now had to pay again for a full roofing replacement. Tony, Nick and Dustin refuse to refund or admit they did this even with extensive photo proof submitted to the Ohio AG and the BBB. Buyer beware, but beware more of Nick refusing to take responsibility for his lack of professional business practices.

  Had a solid experience with Apply Rite Roofing replacing the old rubber roof on our commercial building downtown. The job took about half a day longer than originally estimated due to some unexpected rotted decking they uncovered, but they kept us in the loop the whole time and didn't tack on crazy hidden fees. Roof looks tight and secure.
