  We first thought we were having a great experience. I even referred people to them thinking this was going to be great. That didn't turn out the way we thought. There was not a lot of communication going on from apple and the team. We reached out for days and no response. We have to plead to get information or the staus. That almost made us rethink of who we were going to use. We went ahead with the project. The siteanger on site had nothing good to say about there respsentives working for the company. The roofers were contracted in from another state. There team didn't work well together and made comments to my husband and son about other team me.mbers. not a very positive review for who you put in to trust to work on the safety of your home. The roof was completed. My flowers were destroyed which happens I guess. After that waiting for the insurance co and made the payment we keep receiving emails about payment due. There was parts of the roof that were left off and don't look right. My husband wasn't pleased with the final look. Just not a good over all experience.

  Let me start with, my insurance hired them to inspect my roof not me. The lady that did my inspection was very rude and condescending. She told me she reported damage when there were areas she never went to. She showed up on a Saturday …

  We have a very clear “no solicitation” sign directly above where they decided to leave an advertisement. We have had several negative experiences with solicitors approaching our door and have made the decision out of an abundance of caution to not allow solicitors at our door. This company clearly ignored and disregarded our request.

  A tree fell on our roof August 2023. This company was recommended by my insurance company The adjuster/representative said they were a preferred vendor so I BLINDLY went with them. They were quick to come out and do the adjustment. But then we heard NOTHING for MONTHS. after continuous calls and emails, a couple lenof guys came out one afternoon, worked for two hours and left. They did not paint the board nor replace any shingles or damaged gutters. After two moreMONTHS ( with call/emails) a guy came at 5 pm on a December day and fixed the gutters IN THE DARK with no light. All this time the company had been emailing my 83 year old father for payment. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. See other reviews of the same situation @ the website for Better Business Bureau. I feel I do not owe this company any money.

  Fred gave me an inspection after i had 1 other come out to inspect. My insurance agent recommended Fred and im glad they did. Other roofing company tried to sell me a $71,000 roof saying my roof was totaled and fred shot me straight and said there was no damage. Roof was not necessary and roof is in decent shape for its age. Thank you Apple Roofing and thank you for hiring a honest guy like Fred Williams. Y’all will be my first call when I need a new roof.

  Apple Roofing, specifically Andrew, did an outstanding job replacing my mother's roof—not once, but twice in a 12-month period due to our recent hail storm. Both times, they were professional, dependable, and delivered excellent workmanship. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, completed the work on schedule, and left the property spotless when they were finished. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers such high-quality service, but Apple Roofing exceeded our expectations every step of the way, not once, but twice! If you're looking for a roofing company that stands behind its work, communicates well, and gets the job done right, I highly recommend Apple Roofing!

  I loved working with this company. Andrew was so easy to work with & you can tell they want to do a good job for their customers. Start to finish they treated my home with care. They did an excellent job on my roof and guttering. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with how it looks.

  I highly recommend Apple Roofing! Andrew was my contact and was amazing. He came out and gave me an estimate for a new roof. He was efficient and timely.   We had a roof that had been damaged by hail replaced by the guys at Apple Roofing. They did a great job and we are so happy. From the beginning of working out the details with the insurance company to getting the job done quickly they went above and beyond. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job as well. Would highly recommend them.
