  This company called me almost a month later which was today when they called me for money for the tarp stating the lady was out of the office with COVID as a business they should have more than 1 person there to handles calls but now they wanna send me a bill for 250 for the tarp even though I couldn’t get them on the phone to complete the job so you call a month later how is this right! Extremely disappointed honestly a lot of people recommended them. I had a tree fall on a small part of our mobile home back in August so called to get an estimate and see if they could tarp it. Had the money from insurance by Monday afternoon and tree fell the Thursday night before. They came out to tarp it and I called them Monday and Tuesday multiple times about the estimate and when they could start and no answer at all left voicemails no return calls ended up going a different way. I appreciate the tarp but I would have appreciated even more my roof fixed too but now all I get is a bill for a job y’all couldn’t do because no one answered the phone and I guess now it’s my fault. Extremely bad business practice on y’all’s part for this.

  Overall, the best roofing company in Albany, Ga. Lance came to measure for materials on a Monday, and by Wednesday our beautiful new roof was installed. The installers were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Anderson to my friends and family!

  Very happy with the work done, the cost and timeliness of finishing the job. Cleanup of debris was also excellent. Highly recommend.

  Updated Experience: I cannot thank Mr. Anderson enough, the repairs were completed first thing this morning and everything looks amazing. The members of his crew who showed up were polite, friendly and efficient - real professionals.

  Workers were at our home around 7ish . Did a very good job . So far we a highly satisfied with our new roof . Workers did a fantastic job cleaning up all debris. I only found a couple of nails afterwards. Owner wasn’t stressing us for payment. Which was made within a few days . I’ll elevate my rating in a few years to 5 stars . So far everything is fantastic!
