  They might be good at roofing but I would NEVER recommend them for Solar Tubes!!!! Their 3 guys came out and cut a hole in our celling put the license for the tube in, and left the job (without saying ANYTHING) and didn’t return for days. The next time they can out the SAME thing happened. A week later a group of them came out...after hours of being here they completed the job. The lens in my kitchen was full of debris which there is NO way to get to. Mike the owner, came out (for the 1st time) and we found out that the lens we put in was far to small for the area. We put in a 10” and we should have had a 22” I have since had a 22” solar tube installed by a Professional Solar Tube Company and the job from start to finish took 2 hours. Everything was cleaned up by the company and I LOVE MY SOLAR TUBE. Thank you Central Florida Skylights

  I recommended the 22" because it was going in the kitchen, Mrs. Beck insisted on a 10" and after it was installed she decided she wanted the 22". I offered a discount to install the 22" but she had to pay for the 10" and I would discount the labor. I don't understand the comments made by Mr. Beck, I did what I was asked to do.

  I called this company for an estimate they did not call me back, I called them again to get an estimate which was my mistake. They could not set a schedule date or time with me as the other companies I had received estimates from could do. I told them that I wanted to be present to go over the damage that was done by another contractor which is why my roof has to be replaced that if they could call me an hour or two before going by I could possibly meet them here. 6 days ago they called and came by within 30 minutes of calling. I did not receive the call for an hour and a half due to being away from my phone. When I arrived home I found an email for a quote from them i figured they estimated it off of Google Earth. To my surprise that was not the case I noticed the gutters that were put up last year, brand new had been scratched above the garage at the front of the house. I went back and looked at the surveillance video and sure enough they took a heavy gorilla ladder with no pads or any protection and leaned it right up against the Seamless Gutter which scratched the front of the relatively new Seamless Gutters to show exposed metal. The gutter may have to be replaced with the roof being redone if the gutters can be reused now I have this issue of exposed metal to deal with. Bottom line I emailed Anderson Brothers the video and ask them to contact me how they want to rectify their damage to my property and I have not heard from them. This company could not follow simple directions, no scheduling coordination at all and now cannot reply and take ownership for the damage they did to my property! Where would I or anyone feel comfortable using this company for their services?

  BEWARE - Misaligned Windows, Glass Shards, Caulking Gaps, Theft, Still Waiting 9 months for warranty service. Last summer we made the big mistake of retaining Andersen Brothers/Glass Guru to replace 7 windows with impact windows for $8300 after a visit by Dale Anderson, the owner. Because I wanted to replace the old marble sills myself, Dale offered that his installers could remove the old sills for me at no additional cost. The first thing that went wrong was that when the installers arrived, they knew nothing about removing the old sills. August 9, 2017 just a few days after their installation, I promptly emailed Anderson Brothers/Glass Guru about a number of quality issues with the installation. One window had a cracked glass in the corner of a slider. Another window was out of alignment with the wall by more than half an inch from one side to another. The installers left sharp shards of glass and plastic both inside and outside the house (see photo from just one window). They failed to completely remove the old marble sills (as promised by Dale Anderson) leaving chunks of marble that added many hours to my installation of the new sills. They left uneven caulking with gaps both inside and outside. And they took 100 unused stainless steel Tapcons I'd provided them to install the windows. But it gets much worse. Dale Anderson did not reply to my email at all for 6 months! And then he refused to refund just 12% of the money I requested as fair compensation for all these issues. And as of today 9 months later I'm still waiting for a warranty replacement of sliding pane. So of course I remain completely dissatisfied by Anderson Brothers Inc./Glass Guru because of poor quality, horrendous customer service, failure to honor their warranty and failure to make things right with a 12% refund, and outright lies by the owner ... May 16 the owner Dale Anderson posted a response to my truthful and accurate review. This response was full of lies and fabrications. Dale Anderson

  I cannot stress enough the dishonesty in regards to this review. #1 We were never supposed to do anything with the sills. I simply stated to Mr Vasquez that it would be easier for him to remove the sills when we had the windows out. The fact that he misled my crew into doing extra work that he wasn’t charged for is almost as outrageous as him now complaining about it. #2 When I visited the job site there were maybe a dozen tapcons left over. I buy tapcons by the case and weather or not they were misplaced or accidentally thrown away I offered to replace them and he said he didn’t want them. He wanted $1000. And he’s now claiming that there were 100 but refuses to produce a receipt so we can count off how many were used to find the true number. #3 What I do feel responsible for is the small amount of glass and plastic that was missed during clean up. And again. I have apologized and offered to compensate him for it. He said anything less than $1000 was unacceptable. #4 When we were notified of the shrunken caulk we immediately went back out and rectified the problem. #5 The warranty glass was ordered and replaced very promptly (within 3 weeks). At that time we found another defect in another piece of glass that was also immediately ordered and received by us. Mr Vasquez was informed that we had the glass and at that time he told us he didn’t want us to come out for anymore warranty work and if I didn’t pay him $1000 he was going to cost us much more than that. I will not be subject to extortion. My offer to replace the tapcons, complete the warranty work and refund $150 for the cleanup still stands. Anyone that’s interested in doing business with Anderson Brothers is welcome to come in and see the evidence via all the e-mails back and forth and you will see that I am being completely honest with my response.

  No craftsmanship whatsoever my bathroom I added using Anderson Brothers was suppose to take 8 days according to my contractor Gary but took a good three months ,the tile work done here was absolutely disgraceful I'd post pictures if I could they attempted to come fix it after I complained multiple times and then sent the SAME people back to once again do halfass work, left grout everywhere. Very unprofessional people don't return phone calls and cut every corner they could bout me a 10 dollar light fixture for my ceiling when they clame they guarantee the "highest quality work and products. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody unless you want them to redo your bathroom 3 times and still come out with something you don't want - Ian Liddon

  This customer made several changes during construction and sent our crew away several times during construction because they didn't want us there when they were not. That made it very difficult to complete the job and we had to leave in the middle of setting tile, grouting, ext. We did do a bad job the first time but I re did the entire bathroom at my own expense. The customer was happy when we finished I was surprised to see this review. Now I notice it was written by the customers mother who didn't live there and was also a very big problem while we were working. Thanks google for letting me tell my side, I'm definitely not proud of our performance but I made everything right.

  Bought a storm door for my patio entrance, within 1 year it began to warp slightly,and proceeded to warp a little further over the last 3 more years i had it. The window 'lock' barely worked so the screen constantly works its way back down til 3/4 up (which is extra nice since i live in MN and vents in a slight draft through the 2nd door). Barely ever latches. The piece at the base of the door was over screwed so cracked. Despite the fact that it was a good looking door, and thought was quality product, it sadly was NOT. Another overrated name, and another Menards purchase I wasn't happy with. Just ticked off because the receipt was lost so wasn't able to return...

  The window replacements are beautiful and have excellent functionality. The professionals did a great job, kept the area clean, and were efficient.

  Anderson Brothers Roofing was one of four contractors to respond to my request for two re-roof projects in 2018. I wanted a local, well established and licensed contractor to do the jobs. Anderson Bros is licensed in Florida for roofing and is also a certified general contractor, which was a bonus. AB came in the lowest out of the four (one bid was off the charts too high). I hired Anderson Bros after interviewing Mike from the company, a really good guy and knowledgeable too. Both re-roof jobs were delivered on time and on budget. Very satisfied with Anderson Brothers Roofing. Hired them to do additional insurance work that required a GC certification.

  I purchased an entire house of replacement windows from Dale Anderson and his brother, 5 out of 30 low e windows have failed, I was told that they had a life time warrantee, Apparently the window company that Anderson Brother uses got sold and is doing business under a different name, same product, different name, I received a warranty from Anderson Brothers. So Anderson Brothers helped me anyway by getting replacement windows and installing them for free, once engaged they went the extra mile. I would use them again!

  Amazing job replacing all my old windows and doors with hurricane impact windows. From Dale the owner to Andrea the office manager to Scott the installer, they are amazing. This is the second house where they have replaced my windows and I wouldn’t use anyone else. You can trust Dale and his staff to always do a great job at a reasonable price.
