We are glad you are happy with the quality of the craftsmanship and the competitive price, but we know the service experience fell short. Regarding the dumpster blocking your driveway and the communication delays: We offer no excuses. This occurred prior to our transition of ownership, and frankly, the operational issues you highlighted are exactly why we acquired the business. We saw a company with great potential in its workmanship, but one that needed a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and responsiveness. We have since parted ways with that dumpster vendor and overhauled our communication processes. On behalf of Corvex Roofing (formerly G&G), we appreciate your business. Your feedback confirms that our new mission of absolute customer responsiveness is the right path forward.   Call this company for a roofing job and was told they can’t do my roof or they wouldn’t touch my roof but today same company is doing my neighbors roof and we have the same roof. I don’t understand.

  Had them install a new roof less than 5 years ago and after the storms last year in 2022 our roof was damaged when no one around us were. We had the newer roof. A roof that's only 5 years old should not be damaged like ours was. We now have to replace our entire roof again. G & G won't do anything because the "warranty" is expired. Find someone else to do your roofing.

  Something is not correct in what is being said here, all of our roofs come with a 10 year workmanship warranty along with the manufacturers warranty, if you have an issue in that time period our answer would never be that your warranty is "expired". Now if an act of god such as a hurricane or tornado comes through and rips your roof off obviously that's not due to workmanship, or if a hail storm comes through and beats the granules off of your roof that would also no be workmanship related. If either of these are ever the case you would be educated by us on damages and what stands. Did YOU actually not have the roof done by us and you bought your home from someone else that did?? If that is the case then, THEIR warranty with us does only transfer to the new owners for 2 years. If you could please call the office and I would be happy to speak with you and get some clarification on what is really happening here and see if we can get it figured out.   Called and this company said they work on metal roofs and offered to come out for an estimate , and even shows photos/portfolio of such. They never showed up for a free estimate. I guess they don't want business.

  Hi, Unfortunately your review is providing us with very limited information to try to locate you in our system, could you please call the office and talk to us so we can figure out what had happened, after the hurricane our phone lines were insanely busy and maybe something happened that was just human error but either way we would like to get if figured out and we do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.   Justin was honest about a problem that I thought our roof had. He could have taken full advantage of me, but he looked at the roof and said that there was no problem. Will definitely be calling Corvex roofing back. They are fortunate to have a guy like Justin on staff.

  Very satisfied with overall outcome of complete roof replacement with Corvex Roofing. Worked directly with Lane and he was patient, responsive, informative, and was my advocate with any issues. Roof looks great! Corvex office staff, Corvex roofers, and third party suppliers were polite as well. Be an active homeowner and ask questions during installation process. I would recommend them and they also offer Veteran's discount.

  I couldn't be happier with Corvex roofing. On short order, Corvex replaced my roof exactly as advertised...on time, on budget, expert quality. Lane Warren did a great job explaining the entire process up front and kept us updated throughout (material drop off, tear-down, installation, inspections, payment, etc.). In addition to a great job on the roof, the crew did an awesome job cleaning up at the end of each day. Thanks for the positive experience!
