  Called to get an estimate and never heard back. Guess they don't need my business. Update: I did speak to someone in your office, so I do have the number. I called two other roofers for estimates and they both called me back the same day. One came out the very next day and provided an estimate. Jamie from Can-Am Roofing called after I posted the 1 google rating. He apologized for not calling back and gave me an estimate over the phone, then asked if I would delete/change my google rating. Sorry, you should have just scheduled a time to come out rather than giving me a quick phone estimate that was much higher than the one provided by the other roofing contractor.

  We have attempted to accommodate Mr. David L, but he does not want an estimate from us. We pride ourselves in creating connections with our customers and offering them honest and fair estimates. Like many small businesses, our customers feedback and reviews are very important to us. We were not made aware of the issue until he left us a review and we immediately tried to resolve the issue. Please note: Mr. David L did not receive services from Can-Am Roofing. His review is a reflection of an alleged missed call and “cheaper” pricing from a competitor. For this reason, we believe he may work for a competitor and we’d hope that you would consider our several other 5 star reviews.

  I had a great experience working with Trevor at Can Am Roofing. From the beginning, he was professional, friendly, and quick to respond. Unlike many contractors, he stayed in touch throughout the project, answered my questions promptly, and made sure I knew what to expect. His communication, honesty, and customer service were outstanding, and he made the process much easier. I would definitely recommend Trevor and Can Am Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

  I highly recommend Can Am Roofing for all your roofing needs. They do tile, shingle and metal roofing. Can even help with soffit and fascia. Jamie Steen, the General Manager is hands on and has done several big jobs and a few small repairs on other jobs for me. I never seem to have to wait. Prices are reasonable, service is exactly what I expected and Jamie always goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy!

  Can-Am did an outstanding job from the initial quote through project completion. I explained what I was looking for, and they were willing to customize the material to meet my needs, even though it was not their standard product. Their team was responsive, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend them.

  They came over after calling spent some time looking at the roof and gave me a very good quote. Roof was done in a day and they stuck to the quoted amount. Came home from work and power was partially out, so I called them and they came over right away and helped solve the issue. Would highly recommend.

  Everyone I interacted with at Can-Am was superior. It is such a pleasure to find business people who actually care about their reputation and their work. The job was perfect.
