Payton gave no instruction to his crew. They were basically on there own. No professionalism whats so ever. Don't get Payton as a foreman on the job site.

2 weeks have gone by and we haven't heard from anyone in the company about our new roof project. Not 1 text, phone call. Nothing. We have no idea as to what's going on. We are going to call and cancel out. We feel like we are being taken …

Awful. Don't use Covenant Roofing. They walked on my aluminum carport when they shouldn't and now it leaks. They won't accept responsibility.

Salesman Ben needs more training or something. He made a number of errors as to paperwork and did not accurately describe the construction process. There was some damage to the interior that they disavowed any responsibility for

I interviewed Hayden, the salesman for Convenant roofing, he said he could shingle my roof, and fix all the rotted plywood, for 8500, I said ok, I will sign the contract, I thought, how could he do the roof at this price? I told him include all this work in the contract, he said ok. They worked very hard on the roof, the Spanish workers, they are an asset to your company, they shingles my roof in three hours, I timed them, and what a nice job they it,but they used 16 sheets o fplywood at 120dollars a sheet, plus 144 for 2by4,s they made it 10264 to do my roof, and extra 1700 dollars for my roof. We had a verbal agreement at 8500 for the roof!.I did not agree on this at all, my gutters will have to wait.I don’t do business like this at all, I been in sales for thirty years, and I don’t like being mislead!!I had to put 967dollars on my credit card to pay for job, they wanted a review this is it, I work at Lowe’s, and I was going to send them plenty of work, for the Spanish workers, who worked so hard, but I just cannot send you any referrals because your salesman never kept the deal together at 8500 out the door, sorry for the bad review, but I have to tell the truth.

Everything about this company was top notch. Kevin came out and inspected my roof and walk me through exactly what they would do. And he was spot on. The group that came out were fast and did a great job. Their project manager Xavier made sure that everything was done satisfactory. I highly highly recommend this awesome Christian based company.

  Very fast and efficient.

A beautiful roof transformation in Lake City. This home received a new shingle roof that gave the exterior a cleaner, brighter, and more finished look while adding important protection against Florida sun, rain, and seasonal storms. A roof replacement is not just about the shingles. It is about making sure the full roofing system is installed with care, from proper prep to final cleanup. Covenant Roofing® has served Florida homeowners for over 35 years with full-time employee crews and a commitment to quality workmanship. If your roof is aging, losing granules, or starting to take away from your home’s curb appeal, schedule a no-obligation roof evaluation with Covenant Roofing®.13 hours ago
