Do not release payment to them until they complete the job. I was pressured to pay once the permit was closed, but the job wasn't completed. Three months later, and the job is still sitting unfnished! Would leave zero stars if I could

We purchased a home in Wellington with a new metal roof just installed by Ametco Roofing. It is currently 1 year old and we had a serious leak from the roof already leaving our office filled with black mold. The leak came in through our roof, down the walls and under our hardwood floor. I realized we had a problem when our hardwood was wet and warping. We called a remediation team to come out to find the water leak which resulted in Ametco Metal Roofing to come out and find the issue. Our metal flashing was not installed correctly and had already separated from our stucco wall leaving a gap for water to enter. Over the course of a few weeks they finally sent our Pace Roofing to repair the job, which was cutting into our stucco to lay the flashing, re-stuccoing the exterior, painting, etc. Cody, who was leading the job from Ametco informed me that they would cover the cost of our repairs as the leak was a fault of Ametco Metal Roofing. I have emailed and called, each time speaking to Shelby who handles the customer service requests. She asked me to send over all of our paid invoices which I did. After all invoices were sent no one will respond. I have sent numerous emails, calls and text messages with no one to return them. I would do you research before using Ametco Metal Roofing Inc from Riviera Beach, FL

Ametco replaced my 43-year-old concrete tile roof in March, and the project involved extensive underlayment repairs. It was a massive tear-off, but the Ametco crew handled every aspect of the job professionally and efficiently. Search for "rhinsen" on YouTube to watch my time-lapse video of the entire roof replacement, along with drone footage. Thank you to the entire crew for a job exceptionally well done. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship and the final result.

These folks just put a new standing seam roof on our house and did an outstanding job. They were always on time and very professional. Did a great job of cleaning up each day before they left. Questions were answered and problems solved immediately. It was a real pleasure working with the entire team. They rate 5 stars plus!

Ametco made the roof replacement process very easy. Their estimate was done quickly and the price was reasonable. They went through the roof options and answered all my questions. They scheduled the work and started when they said they would. The work was completed quickly and looks great. I am pleased with the whole process.
