Recived a hot call and agreed to have an estimate done on my roof. I waited around all Saturday for the tech to arrive and no one showed up. I then called the office twice to figure out what was going on only to be told they would call me back soon just to have them not call back.

We understand how frustrating it is to set aside time and not receive communication. We’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Working with Liz and her team has been so incredible! I was nervous about the process to replacing our roof/siding/gutters. Liz took the time to explain the results of her inspection of our house, she walked us through what the next steps needed to be, and she checked in almost every day to make sure we were still going to hit the timelines. Her crew was great too, very respectful and courteous during the times when we were home with our young daughter & dog. I highly recommend AmeriPro if you are needing a new roof/siding/gutters! 🤗
