  While the crew completed the job, the overall experience was disappointing due to communication issues and the lack of follow-up. I hope the company improves its customer support in the future.

  Over-promised, under-delivered. My roof was leaking in several places, dry wall was stained on the ceiling and water was running down the wall straight down to the basement due to the leak. AmeriPro was so ineffective at their job and seemed to be friends with the insurance company (spent 45 minutes outside of my house reminiscing about their aunts or something after they assessed the damage). The insurance didn't pay out a dime and AmeriPro did not go to bat for me despite the severe storm damage. Go elsewhere! I had to pay out of pocket due to the insurance scam aided by AmeriPro to not pay anything towards my roof. I had a claim open for over a year waiting for my insurance to pay out, but now I'm now seeing news stories about how State Farm has predatory practices to not pay out on legit claims and there are multiple class action suits against them. You'd think a company like AmeriPro that claims to be able to get insurance to pay for these types of damages wouldn't have had any issues, but this company aided State Farm in scamming me and not paying out on my claim at all. When my roof was repaired by a reputable company that I contracted out of pocket, there were holes in my roof in the exact spots that I told AmeriPro it was leaking. It didn't take any type of professional adjuster to see that the roof was leaking in multiple places.

  Ian Wolfe lied and mislead me and my insurance company! No integrity would NEVER PROMOTE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They installed roof with no payment, and without contacting my insurance company

  My husband and I had our roof installed by AmeriPro in 2018, and since 2023 we’ve had leaking in our bathroom (around the skylight) and in our garage. They came out once and claimed to “fix” it, but the leaking only got worse. We are now at the point where we have to put a bucket under our bathroom light fixture. We’ve called AmeriPro multiple times and have been bounced around with zero accountability. They refuse to come out without charging us a large fee, even though they claim to offer a lifetime warranty. We even scheduled an appointment and they no-called, no-showed. We had two different roofing companies come out for independent opinions, and both confirmed that the roof was installed incorrectly, including areas with up to 7 layers of shingles. We also have photos showing improper installation and the skylight lip exposed and not shingled correctly. When we told AmeriPro, they got defensive and basically called us liars. I’ve left multiple messages for their manager, Kat, and it’s been over 3 weeks with no call back. The lack of professionalism and refusal to stand behind their work has been extremely frustrating. At this point, we’re considering legal representation because it’s clear they’re not going to honor their warranty or fix their mistakes. Please think twice before choosing this company.

  Scam artists at their best. They make empty promises just to secure the job. They will lie to you, deceive you at still expect full payment. They submitted false claims of completed work that still is not complete. They find other ways to add work that you don't want or need just to over charge your insurance company. Buyer beware!

  Any company that uses unsolicited door to door sales is automatically put on my 'do not use' list. Do. not. bother. me. at. home. full stop. The world sucks enough as it is, my home is my escape from that. I told their door to door salesman that I do not take unsolicited sales calls and to please leave. He had the gall to call me rude, which I found shocking. First, I don't owe you my time or attention. I told you the simple truth that I don't take unsolicited calls. Was it dismissive? Yes, but take that as a clue to just leave. Second, you are on my property, uninvited. So I yelled at him and cleared the air that he was, in fact, the one being rude by coming to my house uninvited.

  First and foremost would like to thank AmeriPro for helping my mother get her roof repaired a few weeks ago. My mother’s home was in need of repairs, we had animals in our attic due to damage, and we didn’t know what to do. We had been quoted some prices that were out of control and we didn’t know what were going to do. Luckily I contacted Donald Grant and within days were we setup with a great deal, and on the schedule to have our roof repaired. Mr. Grant was an elite professional, he lead us in the right direction, and the roof was repaired in one day. It was a great experience and I will be recommending this service to everyone.

  Extremely Satisfied with the Job. Fast effective and feels like Family. David Holeman was my consultant, he walked me through the process. After the job was completed he helped me handle a specific task with Billing. Then he followed up to see was the inquiry satisfied the very next day. I would say the communication was A+
