No fraudulent activity here—just a very bad experience with Karla. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and overall the experience was disappointing.

I had a roof inspection scheduled for this morning from 9am-11am and they were a no show. I called office three times to get ETA of the technician and no one was of any help and I never received a call back. I took a day off from work to be able to be present at time of technician arrival and wasted my entire day. I highly suggest you find another company that is more responsible with your time.

Sorry you have been taken in on this fraudulent situation, someone is using our name but is NOT America's Choice Roofing. If you did not call 561-333-3235 our office line or Jason Zeien's (owner) phone at 561-602-6444 you unfortunately did not deal with America's Choice Roofing. We are currently working with an attorney to see legal action against these people. Any information you may have on these people, please kindly give that to us, so that we can forward it to our attorney, we would greatly appreciate it, anything at all a phone number, address or license number, anything at all would be of much help. If there is anything that we can do to help you, please reach out to 561-333-3235, we have had this phone number since the company was created back in 2005. We have worked so hard for the past 20 years to have a reputable company and it is now being threatened by these unknown entities running our good standing. Prior to them we had a 5 star google, Angilist, Homeadviser, review standing, we would kindly ask, if possible, would you consider removing your review as it was not America's Choice Roofing. People say that reviews can be a warning sign. They are 100%, correct. Please read this in its entirety before making a major decision. In August, We had agreed to have work done by this company. Midway, through, they doubled our price. We weren't on-site at the time. Then they informed us, the job was complete and wanted full payment. They sent us photos that didn't actually show our main and biggest concern. Payment in full was made, as they called & emailed several demanding final payment. When we arrived back on the scene, We were discouraged and disheartened to see that our main issue was not addressed. We called several times, send several emails just to get the run around. We requested detailed information on why the price was doubled and as of this date have yet to receive it. Please be aware that we have tried several times to do things amicably to resolve this issue. The office manager is very nice and has tried to address our concerns. She has referred the detailing of the increase to the sales person who has yet to get back to me. In addition to not doing what I requested, they left nails and pieces of wood all around the pool area. If you choose this company please ensure that you ensure every detail is in the contract and pray... they told me 'it's not in the contract...' But the work i wanted done the sales person told me would be no problem and completed quickly. The initial price was decent, until it was doubled. John D

Jason and his team are top notch. Always easy to reach by phone or text. I say that because we had to fix things on our roof because of an inspection and had to be in touch several times during the job. He responds quickly and works until the job is done. Always honest and courteous I've used America's Choice a couple of times and wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks again Jason.

America's Choice Roofing and its employees are absolutely top shelf! Everyone from the owners, Jason and Karla to all their employees, were extremely professional, attentive, prompt and made the roof replacement as smooth as can be. Communications were fantastic, every step of the way. Jason was always available to promptly answer any questions we had during the project and kept us well informed at each stage in the process. Quality of workmanship is excellent along with timing to project completion. Highly recommend them for roof replacement or repairs. Brad

Jason did a complete inspection of our roof leak inside and out. Called the next day with estimate that was very reasonable. Work was done the next week with no adds to the price. Crew was very efficient and cleaned up all debris. Everyone was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
