  Do not trust Mark with your home like I did. He took all of my insurance claim money well over $13,000 and all he did was replace some piping under my house and didn’t even do that correctly or the JOB!!! He came up with excuses and lies after lies and said I needed to find a new contractor and he would reimburse me and guess what?! he couldn’t even be decent enough as a professional to reimburse what money was owed to me for the job HE DID NOT DO and he quit answering my texts and calls altogether!!! I’m not the first customer he’s done this to people!!! Please do not trust the company like I did! He will be hearing from my lawyer.

  In Nov. 2021 a contract was "signed"for an annual service. Requested a copy of the contract with the T&Cs on behalf of my elderly mother. Was told the contact was the receipt which provided no true agreement. Told to call each year for inspection. 2022, called and scheduled inspection, they came on a day where there was heavy frost, did not attempt the roof, which I understand but stood back and said the roof looked fine. The next day, I called to reschedule a true inspection on behalf of my mother, no response. Called 3 more times, no response. In March of 2023, called to request the inspection again in light of the volume of storms in Floyd's Knobs both hail and wind, again NO RESPONSE. So a $5000 5yr contract is not honored. We found another company to come and inspect and as expected there is damage that does require repair. With such poor customer service, and feeling my mother was taken advantage, our family decided to not "try" to contact this company to honor the contract. If their customer service is this poor I would not want them repairing anything. They don't stand by the agreement! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

  This company is a joke and needs to be SHUT DOWN. Doesn't deserve 1 star. My "out of town" client scheduled an appointment for roof inspection and replacement quote. Their website says open 9am-8pm 7 days a week. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday between 12-4pm. Someone had to wait for them. They didn't show and the following afternoon still had not heard from them so my client called and he was told that the weather didn't permit so they needed to reschedule. Not knowing, my client rescheduled and called me to tell me. THE WEATHER WAS A PERFECT 68 and sunny, so I called!!! He then told me that it was after hours (?) and a contractor had a blow out on the highway and that was their only concern. I said okay, couldn't call that afternoon or the next day to let us know? Nope, that was our only concern!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  We called about a roof leak in our garage, Clayton came and had a team out the same day to seal both the detached garage and the house for a very fair price. It's raining today and we are leak free!

  Awsome work, concrete guy worked hard and stayed until done adding adition to my patio, and the other crews were excellent putting up my gazebo. Overall satisfied.

  I am very pleased with ABRR. The work was done well, just a couple of issues that have been addressed. Mark, Scott, Justin and Doug went over and beyond to complete my repair project on time and to my satisfaction.

  Hired Mark & his crew to do some roof work for me. I had a leaking roof around the vent to my wooden stove. Mark came out walked me through the whole process and had my roof good as new the very next day. Even cleaned out the Pipe vent for the stove. 10/10 Highly recommended. Will use them again for future need.

  Just want to thsnk Chuck and thr company for a job well done. The work cree was here every morning by 8am, and didn't leave until after 9pm each night. And whe. Thr job was done they cleaned up after themselves well.

  I almost canceled due to some very negative reviews but I’m glad I didn’t because they did everything and more. I’m over the moon happy about this company and Scott did amazing working out any changes I wanted to do as they built my garage

  Mark and his team were making the rounds in my neighborhood offering free roof inspections and on a whim I took them up on their offer. I am glad I did. My exterior garage had an actual bullet lodged in it which was allowing water to get under the shingles. He offered to do a complete seal repair of both my garage and my home with a 5 year warranty for leaks and repairs as well as yearly inspections. They came by the next day and patched everything and replaced damaged shingles. Being a new homeowner, Mark took the time to answer my questions and was very patient. I do have some concerns about their support line, as when I called the number was not accepting calls at the moment. Everything else was very pleasant.

  These guys came out quickly and gave me a fair bid to reseal my century-old home's roof. They went above and beyond to help me out and had it done the next week. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their skilled team. Highly recommend!

  DO NOT BELIVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I took step by step photos of this job because I was skeptical of the negative reviews but Mark seemed like a legit guy so I took a chance. Mark kept in contact with updates at every turn, kept us in the loop with plans, and followed through every step of the way. Mark even allowed us to change a vanity after he bought one that we thought we would like but didn’t. He really put our needs on a pedestal. Our shower was supposed to be an insert however the only thing the supplier shipped was the glass shower doors so he agreed to just create us a custom tile job! Mark is an awesome dude that wants you happy when the work is done. Please see my photos and know that you’re in good hands with America’s Best Roofing & Restoration! SOME OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE BOGUS AND SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN AFTER WHAT I EXPERIENCED. Have a good day
