  I had AVR tear off and replace my roof. Single story ranch with add on family room and screen porch with detached garage. Upon completion I noticed some flashing issues. Upon further inspection a number of issues were noticed. A very shoddy repair was made but the owner admitted to "dropping the ball" and further repairs were made. Middle of the road at best.. Not worth the price for sure. Always inspect thoroughly! It looks great from ground. Probably wouldn't recommend 😕. I have photos but figured this was enough. Don't rub salt in the wound.

  When the homeowner called us about his concern we were at the house within 15 minutes. We realized we did not have a job we were pleased with so we brought in a 3rd party inspector. We did the repair while the inspector was still there. We did not leave till the customer agreed he was 100% satisfied. We never leave a job until the customer is satisfied or we don’t leave. We are not perfect but we always strive to be.

  Four years ago American Veterans installed a new roof on our house. During the recent hard rains we had a leak along one of our walls. I called and told them about the leak. The next day, on a Saturday no less, Doug was at our house and did a complete roof inspection. As it turned out the problem was the channel at the bottom of the siding became twisted allowing water to get behind it. This was probably due to a critter on the roof which we have had in the past. Doug fixed it as best as he could and advised me to contact a siding repair person. I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. He stands behind his products and work.

  I recently had a total roof shingle replacement with AVR. At the initial consultation with Doug relative to this process he provided specific and detailed information that would be provided for this job. Items of particular interest were profile of materials utilized, warranty of these items including the company warranty, property protection, scheduling and job supervision. Once selected for the project it was scheduled and completed within two (2) weeks. The installation crew was coordinated, efficient and meticulous in their work. The one noticeable highlight of this job was the cleanup process which was addressed in three phases. As the tear off was ongoing a crew was collecting debris, during the installation a crew was collecting debris and when completed the entire crew collectively scoured the complete area for any possibly remaining debris. Doug was on site for the complete job. From the begging of this project there was clear communication, honest and reliable answers to any question which were presented in a professional manner.

  I would recommend them to anyone. They are fast and when they are done you can't even tell they had been there,except for the new roof, everything was cleaned up spotless.

Finding one that truly cares about the outcome and takes the proper steps to ensure the job is done right is rare. Doug has since completed two homes for our company, and these were not simple projects. Both featured steep roof pitches and multiple skylights.   Doug and his crew replaced our roof this past week. Doug is a very informative and straightforward kind of guy. His crew was polite and courteous and really went above and beyond to do a high quality job. I really cant recommend them enough!

  Doug was very responsive to our request to have our roof looked at and we ended up replacing our house and detached garage roofs. He sat in our kitchen with us and we believed in his trustworthiness and honesty. The combined price was lower than a competitor's price that was just for the house. The roof warranty is best in the business, up to 50 years also with scotchgard protection. His crew came out 15 days after we signed the contract and they completed the job in 1 day. According to Doug it is normal for them to do it in a single day. The crew went over the lawn many many times picking with magnets searching for and dropped metal object. They were very respectful of our property and animals. The price increased for a single 4x8 plywood sheet, ($75) and this was called out in the contract. So there were no negative surprises. This was the best roofing experience I ever had, and based upon the warranty it likely will be my last. Edit: The roof qualified for a State Farm insurance discount. Thanks Doug for helping complete the paperwork. Saves $140/year.

  We have had 2 roofs put in by American Veterans Roofing (different houses each time) and they have been quick, and well done both times! If we ever buy another house we will definitely call Doug and his team again! Hands down the best in town!! Great price and timeline.

  Had a leak develop in my house on Sunday. Contacted veterans roofing on Monday, Doug guided me through the whole process. Friday at 1500 roof done and process completed. Great price, Great Quality, Great Company and Great guy. My future projects will be with Veterans Roofing.

  After the huricane remnant caused a leak, I needed fast help. American Veterans Roofing was a fair price with a better warranty then the other quotes. This was not an insurance job. I was paying out of pocket as the roof was old. Our roof was completed in half a day. The crew was like 15 guys. I was amazed at how fast and hard the crew worked. They were on site before sun up and started working immediately. Doug was there the whole time making sure it was done to his high standards. I am confident we will never have to worry about our roof again. Its not just reroofed, but upgraded. A problem area is now triple protected. Doug will explain everything about the higher quality of the materials he uses and why. He does not cut corners. They did a thorough clean up upon completion. They even completely cleaned all the granules from the gutters that were from the old shingles. I am very happy with the quality of work, the finished product and the friendly customer service! I gladly give my recommendation for American Veterans Roofing.
