  Overly priced don’t recommend.

We do not have any record of ever working with or giving a estimate to someone named Jose. This profile has only left a couple bad reviews on roofing companies pages and they are obviously a competitor trying to tarnish our reputation.

Called and left 2 voice messages, but never received a return call. P.S. My last message was left on 7/26/21 before 5pm.

I am sorry. But we review all our voicemails and we have no record that you left a voicemail for our company, are even called our office. What phone number did you call ? What day and hours did you call? This bad review is quite odd as a we have a full time office assistant during normal business hours, so if you called during those times you would have assuredly talked to a person in our office. Update - Even after the response from this person, we were never able to verify they called or left a voicemail, I believe this to be a fraudulent review.

Horribly overpriced and I had to ask for our estimate several times. Do not reccomend.

  Reply from the business

Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your review. I am sorry it took longer to get your estimate to you. Your job included roof, gutters, siding, soffit, and fascia on your entire house and garage. Your sheathing / decking on your house is completely delaminated and will need replaced. We have got five price increases from suppliers and manufacturers just this year because of the pandemic and material shortage. Plywood used to be $8 and it is now $40-$50. We unfortunately have to account for these costs in our estimates and jobs.

Don't know yet they're still not done my job

  Reply from the business

Christopher, I am sorry you have left a bad review. I understand your frustration. All work has been completed for a long time (roof, siding, gutters, windows, door), except the fact the new front exterior door we installed had a dent in it from the manufacturer or shipping. We installed this door anyway and it is fully functional. With covid and the pandemic it has been a nightmare trying to get a new replacement slab door and as soon as that is done we will get everything square away as promised. This has unfortunately been a situation that is out of our control so far. I hope that once we get the door in and installed, that you will change your 1 star review. Thank you for being a valued customer.

Tamlin roofing did an amazing job with our roof. We started almost two years ago after a tornado came through. We were the only house on the block to be denied by insurance. Josh at Tamlin guided us through the whole process and made sure the roof was sound enough so we could make it until we could afford to pay out of pocket. The crew was very efficient and very respectful of my family and my property. Josh has been very easy to contact and has worked even in the evening and the weekend to made sure that everything was satisfactory and we were completely satisfied. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a stand up company and quality company to take care of your house.

Tamlin was so easy to work with. They did a wonderful job on the roof install. When they left, all debris was cleaned up. We've had our roof for over 7 years and have had zero issues. Later, we also used Tamlin to replace our Fascia boards, they came out quickly and it looks great. We will 100% use them again for any future needs.
