  Had roof and gutters installed in Nov of 2021. At first gutters were installed wrong but we're quickly fixed that day. Now Fascia coming off the side of house now and other side was never replaced when roof and gutters were finished. Called our contact several times, left messages, text messages, even reached out through facebook. Still no response, had to hire someone else just to find out the fascia on one whole side of the house is gone and now has to be put back up. He initially came out to look at it and said he could fix it but haven't heard from him since. Do not recommend!

  We tried to reach out to this company 3 times to get them out to our home to do an inspection. They said they would be out to do an inspection last week and they were a no show and didn't call. I then called the company to follow up and see what happened and the rep said she would find out what technician was called and would have someone call us. Again, no response that day or the next day. I then called back the third time and was still unsuccessful. This business needs to work on customer care and being professional and getting back with potential clients. At this point we will be contacting another roofing and gutter company that is diligent and wants to get the job done. This company apparently does not work to accomplish this service and I'm not sure how they are still in business when they don't even call customers to set up appt. to come out and get estimates!

  Jason and his crew went above and beyond from coming out for the initial quote to our final walkthrough. We needed to replace our old aluminum siding and gutters. They offered a great price and answered all questions, The finished product is better than we could have hoped for. The crews that came out worked efficiently and their quality of work really was evident. We’d absolutely use these guys again if we need any exterior work completed.

  We had 40 year old cedar siding on a house we purchased and were looking to replace with vinyl. Kevin inspected our house, listened to my wife's and my concerns, and recommended LP Smartside and new gutters. After getting a few more quotes from competitors, we chose to go with Kaiser Roof and Exteriors. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. Kevin showed up to inspect the work as it was being performed, quickly addressed any concerns, and did some of the work himself to ensure that it met his standards! We would highly recommend Kaiser Roof and Exteriors, along with Kevin, for any exterior project you have for your home. Great overall experience!

  Kaiser Roofing did an excellent job not only installing a new roof, but protected my home from damage during the year off with protective netting and used boards and tarps to cover my composite deck. The crew worked tirelessly starting early and finishing late. Jason communicated all requests or concerns to the team on site to make sure I was satisfied.

  Kaiser did a good job on my porch roof replacement. They held their pricing for six months from when I had them quote to when the work happened. Kevin was very easy to deal with. Thanks for a good job done!

  Excellent communication; prices beat all competition with maintaining superior quality. Jason was also super flexible with scheduling and working with us. They also do windows too and gave us good prices on those too. Workers were clean and thorough.
