Crew arrived on-time, installation was completed in 1 day, very clean, if it wasn't for the new gutters you wouldn't even have known they were there

The work was done in a professional manner and workmanlike way. Windows seem to fit properly with minimal gaps, except for one area. All gaps were caulked. Whether this is sufficient will depend on winter and how well breezes and heat …

Eric was very thorough when he went over the issues my roof was having and the different options I had. He was also able to work with me on working with my budget which was really helpful. A team was able to get out and replace my roof in a short amount of time from when I paid my down payment, and were able to finish the whole project in one day. The crew showed up at 6:50am, got everything set up, and was starting to tear my old roof off right on schedule at 7am. It needed replacement down to the plywood in the attic due to cracking wood, and they replaced everything and were done by 6pm. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well (I did end up finding a couple screws from my old roof that were in some nooks and crannies around some bushes and my deck, but only found because I was super thorough before letting the dog back outside). Ended up having a big storm the next day and have had multiple storms since, and it’s holding strong. Overall very happy with the whole process.
