Made the mistake of working with this company to replace my roof at work in April. By December we already have significant leaks. Very difficult company to work with - poor communication throughout their entire team. Save the headache and use any other roofing company for your needs.

Hired to remove old roof, 20 foot tall aerial antenna, install decking, new roof and roof vents. While removing the long range antenna, they dropped it directly on top of me slicing open my shoulder and they cut an electric line to the kitchen fan which they destroyed. The two man crew spoke little English, could not cut a straight line, did not use a level, made the roof line wavy, like unskilled laborers would and generally did poor work. The site supervisor was not on site 80% of the time and I had a trouble getting them to correct the problems of their poor workmanship. Do NOT use this joke of a construction company.

The very best outcome one could expect. From start to finish the whole process was smooth and efficient. Let’s start with Shelly our project manager. Knowledgeable in all facets of the project, excellent customer care skills and effective communication between the whole team and her clients. We felt confident that our job was in great hands. The crew that actually worked on our job was very courteous, skilled and talented doing gutter replacement, attic insulation, skylight repair along with a new roof. Thanks to all that made this project so right 👍

American Cool is a very professional contractor and often times with contractors there are issues, but not here. Very good at communicating and managing my roof project. I was happy with the results in the end. Strongly Recommend. Shelley managed the project and kept me informed along the way. Thanks Shelley.

We chose ACC for a full reroof on our 2,800 sq ft home, mainly driven by a skylight replacement and the added complexity of solar panels from a now-defunct installer. After comparing four companies and revising the scope multiple times, …

Orli was great! Very communicative and responded promptly to all questions and concerns. She was honest and straightforward. I had a complete roof replacement, with new custom gutters installed. Took about 5 days start to finish including city inspections and sign off. Orli and the team took special care to clean up and used magnets to pick up nails to help keep my fur babies safe. I did my due diligence and took the time to get 7 different roof quotes before proceeding with American Cool Construction. I think I made the right choice and would feel confident in recommending this company to others.

We had a wonderful experience with American Cool. The best bid out of 5 other estimates we received. David was great to work with. He went over all the products, the process and was always available to answer any questions. We now have a beautiful new roof. Have felt very comfortable recommending American Cool to friends and family.

Fast, honest, and effective. We had a roof leak and they diagnosed and repaired it quickly without trying to upsell us. Hard to find that kind of honesty these days. Will be calling them again when it’s time for a full replacement.

I wanted to go solar but needed a new roof first. I sought five quotes, ACC was one of the two most competitive and complete estimates I received. What won ACC this contract, 100% without a doubt, was Orli. Her dedication to communication and working with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and commitment to keeping me up to date as the project progressed is unparalleled. I even threw in some monkey wrenches (not to make things difficult, but as updates as I learned more about the project), Orli and her team handled them with grace and urgency. I cannot offer enough praise following my experience. Great job to Orli and her team. Note: they even cleaned up in my garage when I opened it up for them, that felt above and beyond!
