My wife called and spoke with someone named Brandon on Monday. We scheduled an appointment for a quote on Wednesday. We were told to expect between 12 and 2:00 and that someone would call us when 30 minutes out. I waited at home for 2 hours and they didn't bother to show up for the appointment. We received no calls. I guess our job is not important enough to bother. I have not been treated like this by other companies. I have received several other quotes, and they all showed up within ±10 minutes of scheduled time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Kevin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation caused you. This was not reflective of the standard we hold ourselves to. We experienced an unexpected system issue that resulted in the loss of your appointment and unfortunately, we did not catch it in time. Since then, we’ve implemented new safeguards and have upgraded our scheduling processes to ensure that this does not happen again. We truly regret that we missed the opportunity to work with you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish you the best on your project. -Brandon

So it’s 7:38 they finished at 5:00pm it’s now 7:38 and they are still drinking beer on the side of the house. The lead man seemed to be encouraging more drinking. Totally not professional as a neighbor watching the work.

Hello Ponce, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, we believe there might be a mix-up, as our records do not show you as one of our customers. As the owner, I take great pride in being actively involved at each job site, including the one you mentioned in your review. I can confidently state that the situation you described did not occur under our watch. Upon further investigation, we found that part of our team was invited back to the house you are referring to by the homeowner after business hours and once the job had been completed. The homeowner was extremely pleased with their experience and offered our crew a few beers as a token of appreciation after the work was finished. We kindly request that you give us a call at (505) 887-7663 to discuss this matter further and determine if there has been a misunderstanding. We would appreciate your assistance in resolving any confusion to maintain accuracy for our potential customers. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to speaking with you soon. Best regards, - Brandon K.

Wow, Wow, I couldn't be happier with the stucco work that Altitude Roofing did on my entire house! They did an amazing job, and the color turned out fantastic, honestly better than I expected. The entire crew was kind and professional. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. My family, friends and neighbors love it. I highly recommend Altitude Roofing for your stucco work. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

This is literally the best company that we have worked with since moving to New Mexico. We primarily communicated with Bennie. He was SO responsive, transparent and knowledgeable. We got our entire roof redone along with three of our skylights replaced. The team that came out to do the work were incredibly efficient and nice. They did the work in two days and checked in here and there to ask questions to make sure we weren’t inconvenienced in any way. We also had a minor seal around one of the skylights that needed to be fixed after the roof replacement was finished and they sent someone out the day after we called. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. They are incredibly professional. We plan to use them again for any future work we need.

We had our roof redone in May as we were selling the house and it was very old. Debbie was very knowledgeable about exactly how to file an insurance claim, our new roof got covered, and during installation everything was fast and well done. Everyone from altitude was very friendly and professional. If you have an old roof I would definitely give them a call.

Between calling and having the estimate, they were out in a few days. As well after signing the estimate, and having my roof repaired and sealed in serval places, it was 3 day. Altitude did a great job for an amazing price.

I would recommend Altitude Roofing without reservation to prospective roofing customers because: They provided a very detailed quote compared to other companies which made clear their professionalism and dedication to quality work. Altitude is contractually engaged with a premier manufacturer of roofing materials. They are required to follow precise steps in constructing the roof and they are also required to utilize only the manufacturer’s own branded roofing materials. A job done by Altitude is a quality job because it begins with the built-in quality control of factory-trained technicians who lead the roofing teams and ensure adherence to construction standards. Finally, Altitude performed the work in a timely way—they started the job on time, kept us apprised of the expected duration of the job, finished the job on time and did a meticulous job of cleaning up during and at the end of the project.

Thank you for the recommendation. We take pride in delivering detailed estimates, following strict manufacturer standards, and completing every project on time with a clean job site. We appreciate your trust in Altitude Roofing.

Iam Very happy to say that Altitude roofing was a blessing for our family .The experience from start to finish was refreshing! The open Communication Channel was on point, Altitude kept me informed every step of the process, Which I greatly appreciated! I learned so much about my roof from this awesome team of people. Yes , I like to say people because I felt like I was dealing with real human beings! The team was compassionate , honest , friendly , positive and professionals. It is so hard these days to find a company that is so well-rounded. Kadisha, Thank you for getting the ball rolling and dealing with the insurance Company , for without you , this might not have happened! Never once did I experience fear, negativity or stress. It was so nice to be able to put our trust in Altitude roofing without worrying about being taken advantage of. We are very happy with our beautiful new roof! It is so nice to relax without stressing when the rain begins to fall! I would certainly and highly recommend altitude roofing to anyone looking for roof repair or a new roof..and be ready to receive outstanding workmanship! 😀 If I could shout it out on a mountain top, I would, but I guess I'll have to settle with a Google post.. It's been my experience that when you are conscious of doing what's right, right conduct always balances the soul. It is my personal opinion that if the soul is balanced, then true success is waiting! That's altitude roofing! A BIG Shout out to Debbie, Kyler, Alex, Kadisha, and all the rest of the Altitude roofing team. I have acquired new friends. Thank you and God bless!
