I was quoted at $300 to repair a pipe boot only to be called back later that night and told the job would actually be $650. I had the job done by another company for $325.

Its unfortunate that you feel that way . You were given a $350 estimate that was accurate for the intended repair . The estimate was given by a sales person and sent to our repair guy . Once the repair guy reviewed your file . He noticed that there was ROTTEN DECKING that also needs to be replaced . He called you to make you aware of this and gave you an estimate of $600 . The 2nd estimate was for removing the SHINGLES , UNDERLAYMENT , DECKING AND PIPE BOOT . Then replacing all with new material to completely solve your issue . We do not price gouge and ALWAYS GIVE STRAIGHT FORWARD HONEST PRICING . This is why the repair guy called you in advance . If the repair was made for $325 it was not completed the way we would have fixed it . ALPHA ROOFING ONLY DOES REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT WORK WE CAN WARRANTY AND NOTHING ELSE . Sorry for any misunderstanding .

My home was impacted by the Tornado that struck Newnan, Ga in late March. Alpha Roofing was first to the property and stood by me and my wife until the job was complete. Shayne, David, and Tyler were all great to work with! The customer service is unmatched, Communication is off the charts, and their quality work is very impressive. David went above and beyond to fix a few things that other contractors had missed. You can’t go wrong with these guys!!

Travis came to look at the leak in my roof. He said that there were multiple problems with the way my roof was installed so it was difficult to say what was causing the leak. I had another contractor out previously that day that just said, "I don't know what it is, get a second opinion". Travis went above and beyond and caulked all the nail areas that might have been the possibility of why it was leaking. It took him an hour and he wouldn't accept payment for his work. He said just watch it over the next few weeks and we'll see if that fixed the problem. Travis is honest and trustworthy and not in it for a quick dollar but to build a relationship so that we will always have someone to call on for our roofing needs. When it's time to replace our roof, we'll definitely be calling Alpha roofing!

Well it all started 6 months ago. I had made a wind claim and was having a lot of issues. Travis told me to hang in there, “We” will get this done. Travis went above and beyond his duties to make sure my roof was replaced. So today it was time to make it happen. The crew showed up and before they got started they made sure that we were all set and they got to work. They did an amazing job! Strait cuts and edges. Clean up was fantastic!! I couldn’t have asked for a better company to replace my roof!!
