I advise those interested in a new roof not to hire Alpha Rain of Warrenton/Brandy Station, VA. I had a metal roof Installed July 2019 by Alpha Rain and I have been dealing with a leaky roof since July 2020. The difficulty is dealing with the arrogant, superiority attitude of Brandy Dysart. When I initially contacted him about the leak in July he confidently stated that his roofing and the workmanship would not leak. I reported to him that water was coming down one of the vent pipes. He explained to me that I needed to have a plumber fix a plumbing problem. I spent a month placing trays to investigate where the water was coming in at when it rained. I determined the water was coming in ‘around’ the vent pipe and not through it. After several calls he sent over the ‘foreman’ who had managed my roofing project. The foreman determined the skylight was allowing the water in and he said he sealed it. However, the leak continued. I called Brandy at the beginning of November and informed him rain was still coming into my house from the attic. He said with the Thanksgiving holiday it would not be until the beginning of December before he could get someone out. I called him back on December 10 and he then stated they wouldn’t have time to come out until after Christmas. When I never heard back from him to schedule it, I called him back today, January 15th. During that call, Brandy became angry and stated the skylight was not under warranty. He became even more angry the longer he was on the phone. I attempted to remind him that in the original roofing project the roofing crew would determine the integrity of the skylight and whether or not to replace it (the contract gives Alpha Rain the option to replace or use the existing skylight as ‘to be determined’). Further, the same foreman stated in August 2020 that he sealed the leak. The skylight was the source of water coming into my home. During my phone call on January 15th I allowed Brandy to vent. He was very condescending

Unprofessional!! Breaking the law to advertise your company by canvassing my neighborhood with signs on highway medians and neighborhood streets they've never done work in. Not a good way to promote business!

We are very sorry our signs offended you. Metal roofing is a green alternative to the asphalt roofs that are in your Nieghborhood that are littering our landfills every 15 years needing replacement. We now offer a metal shingle same price as asphalt that will last 100 years plus. If a sign was near your neighborhood it was because we were doing a job near your house and are trying to get the word out that there is a better option to your Asphalt roof that you have than littering the landfills with unwanted and needd trash and waste. Please consider our beautiful metal shingles as a way to save your local environment from the asphalt waste your roof creates.

Alpha Rain installed the Energy Efficient Roof System on my home. This system has reduced the heat considerably on the second floor. Prior the installation my A/C system ran constantly to try and keep up with the heat coming through due to my home's interior configuration. The roof system solved this issue and the temperature on the second floor has remained much lower and manageable since the installation. It has, without question, saved me money on the A/C costs. The metal roof is not noisy when it rains or hails. It looks great and it has handled all types of weather over the years. The installation went exactly as planned, the crew was exceptional, and I would highly recommend Alpha Rain to anyone considering a metal roof.

We are absolutely thrilled with the new roof! It has significantly elevated the entire look and feel of the house. In fact, it looks so good that it’s inspired us to move forward with more updates to the rest of the home and yard to match the high standard set by the roof.

Alpha Rain replaced the old, worn metal roofing on parts of our house and the result is outstanding. Their representative was wonderful in helping us choose the right color, matching our shingled main roof and explained to us in great detail what kind of work would be involved. The 2 installers obviously were very experienced in their work, very courteous and nice and respectful of our garden areas at the sides of the house where they had to place their ladders. We don’t think we could have found a better company to do this work for us.

To be fair, I did not hire this company but I am doing something unusual and giving a good reviews bc it says something about the company. i spoke to the owner bc I need a rain diverter for my copper roof on my portico. The guy explained they had a minimum and told me a handyman could do what I wanted and I would save a lot of money bc any companies would either not want to come OR they would charge too much. He spent 15 min explaining what I need to buy and tell a handyman. Truly a kind person with strong ethics. Someone I would want to hire.

If you are looking for a metal roof to be replaced or fixed, we highly recommend Alpha Rain Metal Roof. We are very pleased with the work that Brandy, Paul, and the crew did to replace our metal roof. What drew us to them wasn't their competitive and detailed bids, but the fact that they do the work themselves, and they have specialized in metal roofs for over 20 years. We put our trust in them, and they came though with a product that looks great, was done within budget, and doesn't leak!

Brandy and his team were professional, punctual, and provided and installed a superior product for a reasonable price. Brandy was readily available by text or phone call and regularly visited the work site to inspect the work and answer any questions that I had. His team completed the work within the estimated timeline and were respectful and minimized their impact on our day-to-day lives. I would highly recommend Alpha Rain Metal Roofs to anyone looking for a new roof.

Brandy and the team at Alpha Rain were able to provide a beautiful roof on the new home we are building! The metal shingles look stunning, and the quality is fantastic. There were some hiccups along the way, especially with the builder, and Alpha Rain has been with us every step of the way. Would highly recommend!
