This was an excellent job. Very straight forward. A number of different options were added that we did not have. The company is large enough to be able to back up is warranty. It was completed on the time estimate. Although more expensive, it was a great value. Very hard workers during some hot weather

Bar at Alma roof did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. He provided a reasonable quote and was extremely thorough and quick to respond. The team completed our entire roof replacement in two days, and came back to complete gutters around the house. Excellent workmanship, would highly recommend!

Dar was a great listener and responded to all of my “worries” with professionalism and action. A pleasure to work with. AND he and his team did an excellent job on our fairly complicated multi surface home. And I greatly appreciated the drone photos.

TLDR; These guys are superstars! I cannot recommend them enough. Came in with a reasonable price, incredible service, and great craftsmanship. They care a lot about their clients and do anything to make them happy. ----- We had a leak in our roof which we had hired an independent contractor to repair. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with him and he left our project half completed. We called Alma and they came out for an inspection the next week. Dar, who came out to do the inspection, was our project manager, and with us throughout the entire project. He thoroughly explained all of the issues with our roof, gave us a quote for the damaged section as well as a full roof replacement. For context, we have a huge roof, somewhere around 5000 sqft I believe, and it was nearing 40 years old. So, we decided to go with the full roof replacement. For good measure we called out a few other companies for quotes. Not only did Alma's quote come in on the lower end of all of them, they were one of the only ones to follow up. Their quote was precise and clear. After deciding to replace the full roof, Dar and his team graciously included a temporary tarp which they put on immediately due to imminent rain. The first day of demo they brought a huge crew and were able to strip everything away within 1-2 days. Throughout the process, Dar would send up the drone daily and send me progress reports. Which was great as we could see what was happening with the project. Alma did everything professionally and by the book, so when there were issues or change orders, everything was cataloged and invoiced to a T. This was much appreciated and really made us feel like we weren't getting taken for a ride. After the roof was finished, we noticed a few small issues that we needed addressed. Dar sent out his team ASAP and got those fixed up. For the cherry on top, his team may have accidentally broken an outdoor umbrella of ours, and they instantly made it right and sent us an Amazon

My roof replacement experience with Alma Roofing has been absolutely phenomenal. From my very first call for the estimate to the end of the job with the city inspection approval, the project manager Dar Palti and his team exceeded all of my expectations with their excellence. The estimate was very detailed with aerial photos of my roof, a diagram with the measurements, and a corresponding list of materials and labor. Also included were copies of their State contractor's license, liability insurance coverage, and business licenses. Everything was handled with complete transparency. The level of responsive and ongoing communication was amazing. I was given links to the roofing material manufacturers they order from not only select my shingles, but also to learn how materials are designed for roofs in each region of the country, the warranties, etc. I learned a lot. Dar was on-site both days and regularly asked for my input or if I had questions and kept me updated at every turn with photos and explanations of every step of the job. This gave me confidence that I had selected the right company. An example of this is once the old roof was removed, we saw that the original base was ship lap which is long thin unsealed boards. Dar advised me that adding roofing plywood sheets above the old shiplap would be best but that it was not required and installing the new roof on top of the ship lap would not affect the warranty. He left the decision up to me and at no time did I feel pressured. Dar is very professional and confident while at the same time very unpretentious and sincere. His honesty and transparency helped me decide to add the roofing plywood layer as recommended without any doubts. The team was able to pivot quickly to add this to the job and the results are perfect, (I am now super ready for El Nino this winter!) Speaking of Dar and the workers as a team, they are truly amazing....a real Dream Team! Each one of them is an old-school craftsman and a thoroughly pro
