All Star Roofing screwed up royally by stapling a shingle over the hole where the bathroom vent was to go. They would have had an extra cover on the ground which they would have known was a problem. They didn't count to three for vents in the roof as there were only two. When the problem was brought to All Star's attention they didn't respond and never fixed the problem. Their website says they guarentee the roof for ten years which is not true. It would be a huge mistake to work with All Star Roofing/Construction for anything.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. (Edit: Even though they have finally fixed the problem, it does not make up for the lack of communication and months of waiting for them to come back. Someone should have let me know the entire restoration team was fired. No excuse can make up for that. And the job ended up taking about and hour. So I waited five months for a very minor job when it could have been done much earlier. My point still stands: terrible customer service.)

When we found out our 25 year old cedar shake roof needed replacing, we were dreading the whole process: getting quotes, picking a product, dealing with the mess of installation, etc. Our builder suggested we contact Allstar - and if you’re in need of roof replacement or repair, I strongly suggest you do the same! Every step of the process was first rate! Grady brought samples to our home and let us ‘live’ with them for as long as we needed and was available to answer all of our questions; Braden quickly provided quotes for 3 different products, making it an easy choice. The installation occurred around our schedule and faster than we anticipated - and there was literally no mess around our house or garden when it was finished. Our new roof is gorgeous and we’re still marveling at how painless the whole process was! A five star rating is not high enough for Allstar! We would hire them again in a heartbeat. (They also repaired a bunch of smaller items around the exterior and did a beautiful job on everything!). The crew at Allstar is fantastic!
