We were ghosted by them. We were on the schedule to build a new deck and the supplies didn't get ordered. After we were told they would get ordered we never heard back. Tried several times to contact them and they never responded.

We used Allen Team to fix work, which it turns out had been done incorrectly by another local contractor. Eric was very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly, and he did a great job fixing our issues. Thankfully Allen Team was recommended to us for this project, and we gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and honest contractor for home repair or improvement projects. Thanks, Eric!

I have to give kudos to Eric for his integrity. He spent time and money to try to fix a problem we had and he couldn't. He didn't charge us a dime. That's integrity!
