Do not use this company. Roof had to be done twice and is still not correct. Company does not answer emails or return calls after the work was done for the second time. Please save your self the stress im going through and use another company.

I live on the top floor. Allen installed a new roof. Did not replace my skylight. After, skylight leaked. It took many calls to the owner to get a repair made. They siliconed the edge of the glass. The worker for the skylight repair damaged another exit window to access the roof and made no mention of the damage. The company refused to fix the water damage inside the apartment unit. Soon the silicon repair failed. Took weeks for another repair to be made. My landlord decided it was best to supervise the work this time. The skylight finally does not leak. Guess what? It no longer opens. My landlord has given up with contacting this company. My landlord said Allen Roofing "took the money and ran." If you want a responsive, considerate, responsible contractor, look elsewhere or else. ... Months later--When I look out my skylight, can still see the failed repair (silicon around the edge of the glass) and it does not look pleasant. I hate to say this, but it is a continual reminder of the garbage this company calls roofing.

Hi Ian, We're very sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the results of your roof repair. We take customer satisfaction very seriously at Allen Roofing, LLC. In an effort to make things right, we've reached out to your landlord, who initially contracted us to fix your roof. He has told us that he was confused by the content of your review, as he was 100% satisfied with our work and did not feel as though we "took his money and ran." It seems as though you may be confused as to the scope of the job that we at Allen Roofing, LLC were hired for. Your landlord hired us to carry out two tasks: to repair your roof, and to apply a watertight silicone seal to the edge of your skylight. At no point were we instructed to repair your skylight, nor were we at any point made aware of any water damage inside of your unit. Your landlord has made us aware that he's asked you to remove this review, as it does not truthfully represent the experience he had with our business. We hope you can come to understand the unwarranted damage that a fraudulent review like this can do to small businesses like ours, and will act accordingly. Thank you.

Alex & his crew did a great job replacing a badly neglected roof on a home I purchased. He had come recommend by my realtor once my home inspection revealed how bad the existing roof was. He took the time to go over everything with me, kept me posted throughout the job & sent me pictures & video throughout the entire process. It was finished in two days, which was amazing considering its over 1000 sq ft & had to be completely replaced. If you need repair or replacement, this is your guy!

Alex and his crew did an amazing job, and I don't say that lightly. I have a ranch home with a detached garage and needed 18 sheets of plywood replaced on top of a complete roof install. The crew got to working around 7:00 and aside from lunch was nearly non-stop. They all work together and took their time. Around 4:00 they had finished and it came out even better than I could have thought. Alex also did a few homes just down the street from me within the last year and the great job he did on them is why I went with them. Thanks again, Alex!
