All Roofs Inc. replaced our office buildings flat roof downtown and I want to talk mostly about the result because that is what matters. The old roof had standing water problems for years and the ceiling tiles on the top floor were always damp somewhere. The new roof they put down drains the way it should, no more puddles sitting up there for days after a storm. Since they finished we have had zero moisture coming through, even during that stretch of heavy rain we got. The surface looks clean and the edges and drains are done right, which is where our previous roof kept failing. They handled the tear off and install over about a week and worked around our tenants schedules. I got up there to look once it was done and the workmanship held up to a closer look. What sold me was that the leaks we lived with for years just stopped. That is the whole reason you replace a roof and they delivered exactly that. Good outfit for commercial flat work.

Found them through a property manager I know in River North. Quote came within a few days, work started in schedule, and they kept me updated through the whole install. Easy company to work with.

Used All Roofs for a flat roof job on a mid-rise we manage. They were one of four bids we pulled and their proposal had real detail about the condition of the existing roof instead of recycled language you can tell came from a template. …
