  Lesly, I do appreciate you saying that you had no problems after All Pro did your roof 13 years ago.. I do not understand your statement about the underlayment felt paper. Felt paper does not belong under a power ventilator due to a fire hazard. We first install ice and water shield around the top of a power vent later to prevent leaks. Thank you for your business. Sounds like you Know it All, But If you think that their was an issue after 13 years an two hurricanes and you never lost a shingle or called me to say you had any leaks in those 13 years so why didn’t you call All Pro to change your ventilator out or call me when you discovered what you thought was a problem. An I would’ve came right over to inspected and if it was something, my guy did wrong. I would have proof and I could address it, but you did not. You just gave me a bad report like I see you give everyone I feel sorry that you did not call me first. Before giving me a one star rating, it makes me wonder . So I’m asking you to give me an address where I can come inspect that roof to make sure that what you’re saying is true and if it’s not, I would like you to remove this review if you heard this from another roofer and if you did, please give me the Roofer’s name and phone number so I can question him as you have knocked my company And didn’t give me a chance to see if you telling the truth just saying . Please send me an address or a phone number so I know that you are real person. I can’t seem to find you anywhere in my records that we have done your roof. If you can send me a copy of the contract that would help as well.. please provide me with a copy of the contract that All Pro Roofing put your roof on and a copy from The Roofer who is stating what you stated, unless you just stated that on your own.   My experience with ALL PRO Roofing was far from a pleasant experience. Mike was never on site to supervise his crew’s workmanship. We had damaged gutters, roofing nails throughout yard & driveway, roofing nail through fascia, and installed new shingles over damaged roof decking. He was very argumentative and resistant in resolving issues.

  Sir, I am sorry I could not be at the job site while the roof was being done, but I do trust my man enough as they’ve been with me many years. I hope we can put this behind us as if you need me to do anything to help please you I see where you said we put shingles over rotten wood I would be glad to come over there and check that out for you and if it’s true, I will replace it at no cost to you My guys should’ve not done that if it’s rotten or was just Wet water stain on the wood.   All-Pro Roofing is phenomenal! I’ve been in need of a roof for quite some time so I’ve done a lot of research.They gave me the best price! They were in and out in one day. They cleaned up their mess well and were extremely professional. They’re highly recommended! If you need a roof, call them!
