  Updated 8/27 after seeing owners reply: $1500 to replace $500 worth or wood is beyond ridiculous! And as the owner is capable of replacing it for just cost of supplies we as the customer have the right to do that work ourselves. Had you all let us know, when doing that that the whole damn thing needed replace we would have done then not 2 weeks after...the drip esge was damaged by us because you all hung it up before it should have been. Fascis and soffit still needed replaced. Remember? At this point we can settle payment for roof and have a reputable company reinstall the gutters. And did i forget to mention the ceiling damage they caused...? Roofing job started a few weeks ago...still waiting for them to finish. Communication could have been a lot better. The quotes to repair fascia and soffit was a little pricey. We replaced what we understood to be the areas they wanted fixed just to be told after fixing those it was better to do them all, so we did that as well. Meanwhile they had already put the gutters up so those had to be taken down so a drip exge could be reinstalled and the wood replaced.

  We’re sorry you feel this way, and we completely understand wanting the project finished as quickly as possible. However, we also want to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review. The roofing portion of the project was completed. During the process, we identified deteriorated and rotted fascia that needed attention. To help stay within your budget, we allowed your husband to complete those repairs himself rather than charging you for additional work. Unfortunately, during those repairs, portions of the drip edge were damaged, which was not caused by our workmanship. There are also still areas of deteriorated fascia that need to be addressed. At this point, we could simply rush, reinstall the gutters over existing issues, and call the project finished—but that is not how we operate. Doing so could create additional problems in the future, and we do not want either you or our company dealing with preventable issues because the work was rushed. We are asking for a little patience while we work to correct everything properly. We accept responsibility for the timeframe taking longer than expected, but we also believe it is important to be transparent that some of these additional repairs resulted from work outside of our original scope. We would appreciate the opportunity to finish everything correctly before being judged on the final result, and we would certainly appreciate reconsideration of the negative review. Regardless, we will continue working to complete our portion properly because quality work is more important to us than simply rushing to get off the job. - Sean English - owner

  Materials were delivered and within a few days they were here to replace the entire roof. They did an amazing job and our roof looks wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

  It was a pleasure working with Sean English and his crew. They did a wonderful job replacing my roof, gutters, repairing my fence from hail damage as well as my window screens. Sean maintained great communication with me throughout the entire process and there were no surprises or hidden costs. What a blessing to work with a contractor with such integrity. I highly recommend this company! Excellent service!!!

  I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team and Sean English was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. The work was completed efficiently and the quality is outstanding my roof looks great. They also did a thorough cleanup afterward, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find reliable, honest contractors these days, and this company truly delivered.   I Highly Recommend All Performance! They are a great company that always strives to do the best and will always make it right with the costumer. All Performance goes above and beyond for their customers and make every process easy and run smooth, they are more then willing to deal with insurance agents to file claims for you, so you don’t have to deal with the headache. All performance refuses to walk away until the customer is Happy & gives you that piece of mind with their 5 year warranty so you know even after the work is done you will still be taken care of.

Beautiful class 3 impact rated shingle that we put on this Homeowner’s property. This roof was replaced from the May 8th storm. We would love to help others get their home upgraded to class 3 shingles at no extra cost. This property damage was paid for by insurance and upgraded! Jun 25, 2026
