  I have been putting off doing this review but I just wanted people to know our experience. The roof inspection went well and it came with a very detailed report. Report was sent to our insurance and they agreed our house needed a new roof. Our house also had a slight slope in the roof and Maverick told both me and my wife they could fix it for around 1500. Me and my wife were shocked because we figured it was going to be a lot more. We gave them the “ok” and started the project. They started tearing the roof off weeks after we signed paperwork (which was awesome because we just got hit with a bunch of tornadoes and our roof was in a lot better shape than some of our Owasso neighbors.) After tearing the roof off I get a call from Maverick saying it was going to be an extra 6500 and he would send the paper work over for me to Ok so they could do the repair. I told him Ok because at that point what choice do I have, I mentioned I thought it was going to be 1500 and he said he remembered my wife saying she was glad it wasn’t going to be 15000. At this point I felt a little aggravated but signed and the work continued. That was the big issue, the little issues were their crew left a huge mess after the first day and I feel like their workmanship is a borderline hack job compared to my neighbors roof who had Dunrite roofing take care of theirs. If I were to tell anyone about Ark roofing I would say 1. Get everything in writing 2. Wait to pay them until you are completely satisfied

  Mainly super disappointed that my brand new guttering has no fall on it and not only holds water but pours out the wrong end….. tried to come and fix it and it’s still not right.

  Mr. Johnson, we agree and are disappointed with our crew. We have since fired them and they will no longer be performing any work for us, as they obviously were not performing to our standards. I have tried to give you a call and left a voicemail. I would love to talk to you as soon as possible to see how we can make the situation right.

  The roofing crew arrived at 0645 as promised. They immediately initiated the old roof tear off.Approximately 1 hour later,black storm clouds rolled in and winds came in at velocities of 50 to 70 mph. !!!!!. The Arks crew remained on the roof during the storm until they tarped the roof!!!!. Once the storm passed,,Aaron and his completed a outstanding perforasmance on a beautiful roof and not only a clean up of our property, but also our neighbors!!!!! You just can't ask for more!!!

  Michele, I think you may have us confused with another company! We do not have your name on record at all. There is another Ark Roofing in Texas, but that is not us.

  Took paid time off from work to meet for an estimate on the roof. The employee was professional and timely on site. However, after the inspection and explaining what repairs would be required i never heard from the company again. They just disappeared. Very unprofessional of them so I am only give 2 stars.

  Maverick was a great guy to work with. ARK was able to get me the best quote in a reasonable time then quick to start the project. It only took them two weeks to add on this front porch with no hiccups.
