  Hi, Genesis. We are sorry for the experience you had with State Farm after our roof had provided exponential coverage for The last 6 years it was installed. You had experienced damage and were out of our 5year workmanship warranty at the time. We completed the repair for free, and within a week you had experienced the Father’s Day storm of 100+ mph wind. Your insurance company denied to cover the damage, and we are not responsible for storm related damages. You contacted another contractor without proper follow up’s wirh OCR. And since we did a free repair for you when your warranty was out of coverage , and you moved on from us without contacting us, when we noticed the repair complete we removed you from our workflow. At this point we have you a free repair, and you have admitted to the roof being fine before the storm, At this point you are committing Defamation, and we will be coming after the cost of repair plus damages if this review continues to remain through the week. Update ___________________ Your reviews is absolutely defamation. And adjuster paid by and insurance company will say whatever they can to deny storm damage. And they are not roofers. How was it you had no leaks for 6 years before if the installation was faulty? Unfortunately we have to contact legal since you are infact reporting falsely

  Hey Clint, we understand how you feel. We provided a bid months ago when we were completing over 20 roofs in your neighborhood. When you asked us 4 months later for a new bid we provided it. You asked to remove sales tax if you paid cash and we obliged to take the hit ourselves. Then you decided to shop around which is 100% your choice. When Christian called you and you had said the price was similar , but you decided to go with someone who was “highly recommended” it definitely threw him off as we are the #1 roofer in sallisaw this year. And it’s the point of us being around for months and not even giving us a last shot. But we appreciate the review! We hope the new roof venture goes well stay blessed !

  Jason and Jake approached me on my front porch offering me a sweet deal to fix my roof. All sounded awesome until the inspector came and said they would only cover half of the roof. Jason then brought his own inspector to the house (now this guy is after me for money I did not know I owed). Jason sent the new report to the insurance co. Which in turn severely angered the original inspector. We are now being threatened by the ins. co. That they are going to cancel our homeowners ins. If we don't get the entire roof, and several other things fixed AT OUR COST! And where is OCR??? Left us high and dry! Since they cannot profit from doing the entire roof, they would rather just sneak out the back door and cease all communication. They got me into a mess and don't want to help fix it! I'm sure they won't let this post, but hey, it's worth a shot!!! Very poor business practice!!!

  These are the most unethical people that exist in the roofing world! They have tried to hire both of my crews. They have sent photo shopped pictures to my clients. They just got in the roofing business 1 year ago. They are punks. The first home they roofed in Battle Creek in broken arrow got soaked with the shingles off.   I had a great experience with Shingle RX of Oklahoma. From the first inspection to the completed treatment, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to explain how the roof rejuvenation process works and answered all of my questions. The application was quick, the crew was courteous, and they left everything clean when they finished. It’s reassuring to know I can extend the life of my roof without the expense of a full replacement. I also appreciate that they were honest about whether my roof was a good candidate instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. If you’re looking for a company that’s reliable, transparent, and takes pride in their work, I would definitely recommend Shingle RX of Oklahoma.

  If you’re looking for a roofing company that absolutely kills it, this is the one.   We want to give a huge shout out for Outdoor Creations Roofing & Solar from Broken Arrow. This is the second time we’ve used them in cleaning our solar collectors and they’ve done a wonderful job cleaning off all the dust and junk blown onto our roof over the last few weeks.   Christian and the team have out performed any expectations we had. Christian continually chased our insurance company and answered all their questions regarding our roof. They single handed were able to obtain more dollars on out claim to help us upgrade to architectural shingles.

  These guys are top tier guys. Professional from start to finish, worked with my insurance to make sure everything was covered, I never even paid more than my deductible. Any time I had any questions or anything they promptly took care of any concerns I had. And the roof looks great!! Christian is the man.
