  Scheduled an estimate for a gutter installation; the tech no-showed without any notification. No one contacted me to follow up, so I reached out and rescheduled the inspection. The tech stated the estimate would take him “several days”; two weeks later I followed up with the company, who assured me they would get back to me. After roughly 3-4 weeks of waiting, I chose another local installer.

  This is a top shelf company from top to bottom! From the Owner Joey, his Son Gabe and the Project Scheduler/Manager Amanda and needless to say the entire roofing crew. They were up there tearing off the old roof and throwing shingles in 107 degrees! 🔥🥵. The new roof turned out fantastic! Very friendly, professional and conscientious. You could just tell they were interested in doing a great job and ensuring we were happy with their product. Also very communicative and always available to answer any questions or concerns. The best part? They installed an upgraded class 4 shingle for 5K less than my next lowest bid (who was going to use a class 3 shingle) Extremely well done to all and TYVM!! Do yourself a favor and start here first!

  I'm so happy I met these wonderful people! The staff and crew were so friendly, the price was really good, they completed the roof in a single day, leaving me a beautiful roof and leaving the property below better than they found it. I'd recommend them highly!

  Extremely happy with the final outcome and every step along the way. Joey the owner makes you feel like a friend/neighbor, not a customer. He patiently walks you through the entire process when dealing with insurance claims. I was very impressed how he personally came to check on his workers during the extreme heat. Would recommend 100%!

  We highly recommend Solid Roofing. James Weller of Solid Roofing was extremely helpful. He was candid and answered all of our questions prior, during, and after the replacement of our entire roof. James would promptly respond to all of our many phone inquiries. James is extremely patient. He is very knowledgeable about roofing, roofing materials, and attic ventilation. The work crews did an amazing job of working through some extreme heat. The work crew did a great job of protecting our air conditioners, house, windows, and plants. When the crew was finished they did an excellent job of cleaning our lawn and flower beds. They magnetically swept our yard for any nails and debris before they left. When James returned to inspect our roof, he personally magnetically swept our yard, for a second time, to make sure there was no metal debris in remaining in our yard. Once again, we would highly recommend Solid Roofing and James Weller to any of our family and friends.

  In the Beginning- (Collinsville, OK) Solid Roofing was the best option from the beginning. Their inspection team showed up fast, and performed a top notch inspection. They helped us through the whole process beginning to end. They walked us through the claim filing process. They met the adjuster at my house to make sure he saw all the things to ensure we were getting a fair assessment of damages. Because of Solid's efforts the whole front end of the claim was smooth sailing! Construction- For the reader- I have been in the construction industry for 30+ years and have developed an eye for what I think are the most important parts of a construction project. 1) Safety- It was hot! They brought plenty of water and gatorade. They used ropes and lanyards to tie off (My roof is a bit steep) They protected my landscaping, pool equipment, Etc. You could tell it was planned well, and that they had been fine tuning their processes for years. 2)Speed vs Quality- Solid had our roof on way faster than the other companies in the neighborhood. As I watched the process I realized these guys were not only faster than the other companies but they were also taking more pride in their work. We didnt have our roofing debris blowing around the neighborhood (Like the others). So many companies let their speed outrun their quality. These guys took the time to worry about the little things that dont necessarily make a company any money. The nails, trash, Etc. It was quite refreshing to witness. Through this process we worked with a few of their sales team. Joey, Elijah, and Gabrielle. Our experience was that you cant go wrong with any of them. Timely, responsive, informative, and professional. Finishing Up- Joey came out and inspected roof and gutters. He ran their magnet in the yard again to make sure no nails were missed. Solid turned in the necessary documentation to our insurance company so that we could get the final check from them. Honestly my wife and I are thankful. We have b

Thank you JENKS for trusting Solid Roofing to be your reputable roofing contractor! We are so grateful to help out all of our investors with their rental properties. This roof is long overdue and has lived a good life of 20+ years. Today we are fortunate enough to be working valleys, including dead valleys installing new leak barrier all throughout. Will be disposing of the no longer in use satellite dish. Notice one of our favorite Roofing tools is the old couch cushions! ☺️ some people laugh, but those of us who actually climb on roofs are very thankful for those cushions. Our team makes it look easy, but the next time you’re standing at the window on the second floor of an office, imagine if if there were no window and you were holding onto a rope while installing the greatest protection of any homeowner!
