Melvin listened to our concerns and went onto the roof to inspect it. He was professional and very knowledgeable and gave us advice to solve our issue.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Melvin mentioned that you meant to leave a 5-star rating but weren’t sure how to go back and edit it. He’ll be happy to stop by and help you with that the next time he’s in your neighborhood. … More

Called for roof inspection and wanted to do a TPO roof over on my mobile home after Milton damaged my metal roof. Person who took my call said "someone will be in touch with you to schedule roof inspection" it's been 10 days and no call, no show! they should have better customer service regardless how busy they may be.

One of their trucks was driving like a lunatic on 275. Big pickup with a big trailer and they were getting a foot off the rear bumper from cars in front of them, cutting others off and then continuing to tailgate while going 20+ over. Wouldn’t trust an employee like that anywhere near my house.

Ask to read the warranty before you buy!!!!! Our new roof was installed March, 2022. 800 square feet, and cost $7,600. Worth it, we thought, if you believe to the sales pitch: "lifetime warranty", "you'll never have to replace your roof again", and "Welcome to Peace of Mind!". We asked the salesman if the warranty covered hurricane damage he said: "this roof is hurricane proof, it will never blow off!" We mistook that vague answer for a "yes" and signed without seeing the actual warranty which we got after the installation buried in with all the other paperwork. Our roof lasted 6 months, then blew right off in the hurricane. The guy across the street had his roof installed 2 weeks before and it's fine. Looks like it was installed completely differently (better workmanship). Buyer beware!!!!!!!! If it sounds to good to be true, it's.

We had two houses done by them. First rood put on in April 2004. It blew off in August when Hurricane Charley came through. 3 months later they put a new roof on. It lasted about 10 years. We had a new roof installed about 7 years ago which …

We, as well as many others, put this roof in our manufactured home community of over 300 homes. We put this over shingles just last spring convinced to buy because of their lifetime warranty and knowing we would not have to roof our home again. After the hurricane left, these membrane roofs were laying all over the park. There were more blown off the homes than remaining on them. There was water damage to the homes they were removed from including collapsed ceilings. Those who had shingles lost a few shingles, but their roofs weren’t greatly damaged. Another roofer in the park pointed out that if these membrane roofs had been glued down, they may have stayed on when the high winds came. As people are now rebuilding and repairing their homes, they are putting shingles on their homes. There are signs on every street in front of homes that are getting reroofed. These signs are from companies that put traditional shingled roofs on. I have seen NO signs for All Florida Weatherproofing or any other membrane roof company. The company is not standing by their warranty claiming an act of God, but we and the others in our communities know better than to use this company and their product again.

I’m very disappointed that when they did my roof they did not reinstall the domed solar tube top. Instead they put a flat piece of plastic over the solar tubes and did not install any reflective material around the opening— exposing …

I bought this home from the owner that had the roof put on in late 2016. I was told that the roof was a lovely tan color. It’s totally black now! Why! How does that happen?

All Florida Weatherproofing and Construction Inc. is AMAZING...the owner Ray...came out himself to inspect my roof ...do you know any company where the owner of that company comes out to inspect the work done after 6 years of installation...You can tell this company has tremendous integrity...every roof they install has a lifetime warranty...and the type roof I had them install was very very inexpensive and still looks like new! I just can't say enough about how great this company is...They stand by their product and give great service and great prices you will not be sorry if you use them...Thanks Ray and everyone at All Florida Weatherproofing and Construction Inc. for the great product/pricing and most of all the incredible service...truly appreciate all of you! Robert
