As they say three strikes and you're out! I spoke with Enalt about my railings and columns needing to be replaced. We scheduled an appointment and he didn't show up. I called and he said oh I've been busy. We scheduled a second appointment and again he didn't show up. I gave him another chance, scheduled a third appointment and again he didn't show up. I will not be calling again to schedule another appointment. I will never have All Elite Construction due work for me. I've been in business for 29 years and I have never treated a potential customer or a current customer this way.

I’ve been more than patient through three separate reschedules, but driving all the way to the property only to receive a call that my appointment was completely forgotten is unacceptable. I do not currently live at the home, so every trip …

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your experience. We understand that after multiple reschedules and coordinating travel to a property you do not currently reside at, arriving only to find your appointment had been overlooked is unacceptable. That level of communication and organization does not reflect the standards we aim to uphold at All Elite Construction. We take full responsibility for the scheduling breakdown and understand why this caused frustration. We value your time and recognize the effort required to arrange these visits. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right by coordinating a firm appointment and ensuring clear communication moving forward. Please contact us directly so we can personally address this matter and restore your confidence in our team.

All elite did a great job on my roof. Their pricing came out better than everyone else’s and they finished my roof in one day! Left for work while they were setting up, came back and they were gone. For great pricing and efficient work, these are the guys!

Definitely one of the most simplest experiences I’ve had with any kind of contractor. I had a bunch of questions written out to prepare myself, but it wasn’t even needed… Isaac explained the entire process from start to finish and all of the ins and outs of the project. Everything he said came to fruition and I couldn’t be more happy. Started at 8 AM, finished at 5 PM, I now finally have a credible roofing contractor to recommend to my friend and family.

For the price All Elite gave me, I really thought it wasn’t going to be a 10/10 experience. They surpassed a 10/10 experience. Everything Enalt said at the initial meeting is exactly how it went down. The craftsmanship is excellent, communication is the biggest thing for me and they absolutely aced it. There was a delay because of the rain but other than that, amazing experience. Thank you All Elite!!!

Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with. He did a thorough inspection of our 11yr old roof and newly installed solar panels. He pointed out a few potential problems so that I could address them with the company that replaced our current roof. Based on his demeanor and honesty I would definitely refer this company

What’s actually underneath your shingles? A quality roof replacement is about much more than the shingles you see from the street. Once an existing roofing system is removed, the roof decking can be properly inspected for deteriorated, damaged, or compromised areas. Any necessary decking repairs should be completed before the new roofing system is installed. From there, components such as ice & water protection, synthetic underlayment, proper flashing, starter shingles, ventilation, and the finished shingles all work together as a complete roofing system. For homeowners in Bergenfield, NJ, understanding what goes underneath your shingles is just as important as choosing the color that goes on top. All Elite Roofing & Siding provides complete roof inspections and roof replacement services throughout Bergen County and North Jersey. Click “Learn More” to schedule a free roof inspection.
