Excellent job! He was on time, told me the cost, and got up on my roof and did the job. He went a step further and made sure all of the shingles were attached properly. I would definitely call him again when I need a roof!!!!

Jack is great. He really knows his stuff. I was having issues with my roof he came out and assessed it. Come to find out on my six-year-old roof that shingles were defective. He helped me contact the shingle company. Help me get the shingles and all the materials paid for and some of the labor. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with his work.

Having dealt with several roofing companies over the years in South Florida it was refreshing to deal with Jack and Mika. I found them to be knowledgeable and straight forward. No upsell and associated stuff. Jack guided us through a shingle warranty roof replacement process that we would never have known about. It ultimately benefited both of us. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack and his company, Align Roofing Solutions, to anyone seeking help in solving roofing issues.

Holy cow, what a great experience! Jack Porter was amazing!! Look, I only needed a wind mitigation done to submit for insurance. But EVERY insurance agent was surprised at the level of detail in Jack's report from details to photos. I am very impressed. QUICK turnaround on the report, very friendly and just amazing service. Thank you!

Had a really great experience with Align Roofing Solutions. From the beginning, everything felt straightforward. Shayne (Project Manager) stayed on top of everything and kept me in the loop the whole time, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. I also had the chance to meet Jack, the owner, and it’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his company and the work they put out. The crew did an awesome job—the roof came out great, everything was cleaned up after, and there were no headaches along the way. That alone goes a long way. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust and not have to worry about, these are your guys. Definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend Align Roofing enough. They came out quickly when my roof started leaking and I was in a really stressful situation. From the very first phone call, their customer service was absolutely amazing — kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and fixed the issue efficiently and professionally. What meant the most was how compassionate and helpful they were when I was in a very bad spot. They truly cared about helping me. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest roofing company with exceptional customer service, Align Roofing is the one to call. I’m so grateful for their help and would use them again without hesitation.

Huge shout out to Align Roofing Solutions! When I purchased my new home, a home inspector told me I had hail damage on the shingles. Years later, I was referred to Jack who inspected my roof and told us that our roof shingles were defective. Jack helped guide me through the warranty process and we were able to get a new roof installed. The new roof did incur some costs, but way less than paying for the replacing entire roof out of pocket. Honest and reliable companies, like Align Roofing Solutions, are hard to find, thankfully I found Jack. If you need any roofing work done, call them, you won't be disappointed!!!

Jack is very conscientious and excellent at communicating with the homeowner at every step of the process. In spite of issues that arose from solar company missteps with removal and replacement of our solar panels, Align kept things moving and we are very pleased with the work. The Unified Steel roof is beautiful and durable. We are (almost) looking forward to hurricane season! 😁

We have had good and bad experiences with various contractors in the past. We were hesitant at first, but we trust our referral and picked Align Roofing Solutions. Jack showed us the shingle materials and explained every step of the process clearly. The roofing team was awesome! They were punctual, focused, detail oriented and solid professional. The workmanship was top notch. Everything was planned and executed in a timely manner. They got it done in one day and the pricing was fair and competitive. We are much appreciate the crew thorough clean-up of debris left behind after the job completed. Hurricane Milton hit Central Florida few weeks after the installation. Jack contacted us and asked to come back to inspect the roof for us. We are greatly appreciate his thoughtfulness and professionalism. We highly recommend Align Roofing Solutions.

Jack and the team was so great and professional. We got scammed from a roof company a year ago then after taking back our money check from insurance, we were so doubt and nervous looking for a trustful roofing company. A friend of mine referred Jack and Mika and thankfully we got the right decision! Jack and Nathan were so professional on very first day we met them. They make sure to measure in real situation rather than just giving a quote based on square feet. We did a combo new roof replacement with gutters and my fam was so pleasure for the result. Thank you for your neat and clean and how quick the job done, only 1 and a half day!!! Friendly workers and productive, they started the job real soon on early morning and most parts be done the end of day. Jack always share to me current processing and every next steps, this made me secure and I dont feel offtrack! Also thanks to Mika, she is very responsive on paperwork. Plus, after got scammed once, I am so so careful reading the contract and quite surprise on very detailed contract they made. I would definitely suggest Align Roofing to my friends cuz the result proved my words!!!!
