  My parents got a new roof from Albright 5 years ago. The ceiling in their bedroom collapsed from water intrusion. Someone came out to inspect the roof and fixed a few nail pops which had water trickling down them. I then paid a general contractor $750 to install new ceiling in the 10’ x 6’ area where the drywall caved in. A couple of months later the same thing happened again! This time when the gentleman came out to inspect the roof he said “I don’t know how I missed this, your ridge is bad”. When my mother asked the office about covering the interior damage she’d now have to pay to get fixed again, she was told Albright is not responsible for damage to interior or contents of the home. Be weary of trusting a company like this which won’t stand behind their work and does not have empathy for your losses which were incurred by their neglect. $1,500 down the drain. A roof with no storm damage shouldn’t fail like this in less than 5 years.

  After reviewing the damage to the ridge cap, it was determined that it was indeed caused by storm damage. In good faith and at no cost, we repaired the roof under warranty, as we know that deductibles for these kinds of claims can be high. … More

  We contacted Albright to get an estimate for replacing our skylights that are leaking and beyond repair. The technician said he would provide an estimate in a few days. Two weeks passed and we heard nothing. I figured they were just busy. Eventually I called to find out what was going on, only to be told that they could not provide an estimate because the job was outside their scope of work. In the meantime we were left waiting with a leaky skylight, when we could have been looking for other contractors. Why they didn't let us know is beyond me. Very unprofessional. If they operated this way before being hired, I can only imagine what would have happened if we hired them. So in some way it worked out.

  Since you can't below 1 I have to rate them this. Recently hired Albright to fix a small leak, it took weeks for them to get us on the schedule but they finally cam and made the repair. After the repair we now have water coming through light fixtures and the ceiling drywall. Called several times and the receptionist told us they were busy and we need to get someone to put a tarp up. We hired a separate company to install the tarp and the leaked stop. The installer said he had never seen such a shoddy job, he could actually see water going into the poor flashing installation. The leak went from a stain on the garage ceiling to an electrical hazard and a ruined ceiling. They won't even return a call. So beware.

  The crew cracked my skylight while fixing a leak. They never accepted responsibility. Never offered any plans to replace even though I was willing to pay for it. ARRYS roofing replaced my skylight later and did an excellent job. Call them if you need quality work

  Wow. Loyal customer for years. Tom just "fired" us because I was unhappy with the last job they had "completed" (tried 3times to fix a leak.. No luck. Interestingly no warranty on the work either. I had to pay 3 times for the same leak) then I had been waiting 13 days to get in the calendar for a new project. Well you totally blew it Albright. PHI just sold us 2 brand new roofs. Suck it.

  Our tile roof was installed by Albright Roofing in 2020. When we were selling our house in 2026 the inspector had a few questions about the roof. We contacted Albright Roofing and they sent someone out the very next day. Albright took care of the matter immediately. We were very pleased with their customer services. We highly recommend this company!

  Standing Seam Metal Roof – With Solar Attached. (Leak Repair) Solved my roof leak issues post my horrible DIY Homeowner repair on 1 of 2 skylights I performed. They also located additional source for leak caused by hurricane Milton. This was from the chimney stack. Leaks are difficult to ID and trace, and they were great at getting it fixed. Ours took a few visits to fix but that is understandable. The value for this service was amazing. In a land of inflated costs for everything they were affordable. They will be my 1st call going forward for roofing needs. Thank you to the roofers & staff.

  I cannot say enough good things about Albright roofing! Scheduling was quick, the whole job was completed incredibly fast, and the crew kept everything clean. My kids were bummed that our Christmas lights had to come down, but when we got home, the team had put them back up much to our surprise!! Thank you all!

  Several family members including myself have used Albright Roofing. They are very professional and use top rated materials on their jobs. I am a pleased repeated customer over a span of 30 years. They stand beside their work warranty and I consider them a 5 star company. We're very satisfied with our recent new roof replacement.

  We selected 5 roofing companies to provide quotes. We chose Albright Roofing because of their decent price and no "sales pressure" that we experienced from a couple of companies. Our roof was torn off/repairs made from storm damage/new roof put on within 1.5 days. The team was professional and ensured our yard was cleaned up during the work as well as at completion. We were so impressed and would recommend Albright roofing to anyone. Keep doing what you are doing. Focusing on the customer and how stressful it is when you have a roof leak. Outstanding!

  We purchased our home in 1986 and Albright has been our roofer since then. I didn't even call anyone else when I need 2 new roofs: One pitched and one flat. They were there the next week and did an outstanding job. The quality is impressive and the cost was excellent. They came in exactly where I was expecting. Thank you Albright - both the workers and the office.
