  I had a great experience with Matt three years ago - he was responsive, knowledgeable, and delivered a clean job on time. I referred him to a family member recently, but unfortunately, the experience was completely different. It seemed like the initial nice touch was missing, and I was disappointed to see such a contrast. Maybe business has been going so well that the personal approach got lost in the process 🤔. Either way, I'm sharing my feedback in case it helps set expectations. My advise, look for others if you need a roof job

  1 year follow up and I have a leak I have been suspecting that has finally revealed itself. Things can be fixed; however, after contacting Air Force roofing, explaining what I am seeing and sending pictures - No replys unless I poke the ghost to get a few words out in the start of the "run around" to the customer. The quick response on the sell side compared to the we'll get to you - with silence - maybe? Lets see if Matt can turn this around, as we all know roofing is not cheap! Stay tuned fellow roof shoppers to see if the warranty side is worth the trust that is needed for expensive! roofing jobs. EDIT: Folks, this review caused a quick response from the owner to place blame. I wish the quick communication came beforehand in prevention. A lot of words blaming me for calling out my experience in a negative review, of the 5 days of waiting with no certainaity of action to my leak, even before the hurricane. I do not have the vantage of how their business is run day to day, of what is happening behind the scene that might cause this or that, that is their business. On the consumer side I think we can all agree basic basic acknowledgement communication, commiting!, letting me know, while we are already communicating person to person, of the next time I would hear from...will go a long long way in confidence (no hurricane occurred in the middle of our interaction). Effectively folks, no commitment was present. Waiting until some other time to communicate in an uncommitted way leads to the excuses of what got in the way. The owner asked me to take down this review, but the shear lack of acknowledgement of what caused the negative review during our discussion, and all of the blame "splanning", I think it is best to inform of my experience here. Your mileage may vary, but lookout for ownership blame. Solution: Take responsibility, communicate fully when addressing your customer(s) so they know what to expect, commit in your actions, and certainly do not r

  I highly recommend Matthew and Air Force Roofing. I had already used them before for the roof at my previous condo complex, and they did a great job, so when I bought my new house I called Matthew again. This time I was under a lot of pressure because my insurance company required the roof to be replaced before I could close on the house. Matthew worked with me, gave me a very fair price, and made sure everything got done on time. He was always responsive, straightforward, and on point throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust and use more than once. I’ve used Air Force Roofing twice now and had a great experience both times. Definitely recommend Matthew and his crew.

  Texted Matt for a short notice roof repair after recent rain and he sent employees to fix the roof the next day. Repair was well done and a pleasant experience overall.

  Air Force Roofing was amazing to work with. Their process was very easy and quick. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted with the preferred underlayment. Would highly recommended them for all of your roof needs!

  Matthew and his team were very good. They repaired my flat roof as requested and left my premises debris free. Matthew was also very helpful in getting me documents to aide in trying to get my insurance reinstated.

  Airforce replaced my and several of my neighbors roofs recently. They did a good job, everyone is happy. Eric is wonderful to work with. He responded to any and all questions in a very timely and professional manor. He is truly an assist to your company.
