  I called first thing in the morning and I get put on hold for over 20 minutes! There is plenty of other roofing contractors in the Metro area we can use. A 20 minute whole time first thing in the morning Tells me you are too busy for my job or somebody is being lazy.

  I'm reviewing our call logs and I don't see any call thet at came in this morning that was over a few minutes. Perhaps you called another company thinking it was us. We rarely need to put anyone on hold, let alone for 20 minutes. Make sure you dial the number on our Google listing or our website directly. Several roofing companies try and spoof our business as an Ad, and customers accidentally call from the fake ad instead of from our website.   Called in to talk about working with this company the receptionist was very rude and condescending. We do 50-100 roofs a year with our business in oklahoma. Sorry for your loss.

  Advantage Roofing-- after a few years of interacting with them--have business practices that I question. Service after the sale leaves something to be desired. A business I'm sorry to be changing my review, but I'm not feeling as confident as I did before.

  Noah was great to work with. I knew from our first meeting that he was someone I could trust to take care of our roof repair. He walked me through every step of the proposal process and even took on the extra task of coordinating with a second contractor to seal up our leak by the fireplace vent pipe. Great communicator, great professional, great quality work.

  Had a minor roof repair and Noah got it taken care of right away. Even though it was a small job he gave it prompt attention and was incredibly helpful . Highly recommend Advantage Roofing and ask for Noah , he’s Awesome!

  Excellent service from sales rep Noah, he has great communication skills and is a valuable asset, his customer service is key. I can’t say enough about Carlos as the on-site managing supervisor. He has excellent communication and customer service care skills definitely an asset to the company. Carlos made sure the area was clean before departure, so pleased with him. As for, Noah and Carlos it was my pleasure to encounter these 2 young men and their work ethic is exceptionally rare for folks under 30 years of age. Keep doing what you’re doing… Good job

  Russ Bishop visited our home and examined our roof to check for any needed maintenance that might be needed. He located three holes that were needed repair and we were able to quickly get those taken care of to avoid any future problems. Very professional and knowledgeable.

  Jake Cox came out to our home and completed a roof and gutter inspection. He was honest and let us know our roof was in good shape and some potential future needs. We will definitely call Mr. Cox back when we need anything else. We would recommend Advantage Roofing.

  Jake came and evaluated my roof. After three companies told me I needed a new roof, Jake said a patch was all that I needed to replace a few missing shingles. He found matching supplies and got me fixed up. This kind of integrity is not common. Great job!!!
