Had no problem going all over my property ( wasn't even the one getting the roof), but when it came to cleaning up the trash and doing a magnetic sweep it was not done. Would give it 0 stars if i could. Way better roofing companies out there! Then the owner responds with some snarky response about a joined driveway???? Not sure what he is even referring to. Called and complained???? Guess i should of. Confirmed my decision to go with a better company.

They did a small job for us but one very much needed and they did great work for a good price. Able to come out soon after estimate and get the work done in one day. Would recommend.

Great communication. Honest. Hard-working. These are the guys homeowners hope to come across but rarely do. No pushy sales tactics, just excellent customer service. Able to squeeze me in same-day for a leaky roof. Would never dream of calling anybody else!

My husband emailed Anthony for a quote to get all of our windows resealed/taped. He got back to him quickly with an estimate. They then got out here the next week and got everything done. They were fast and efficient!

Advanced just covered our eves and installed new gutters. The quality of work I thought was excellent. They pay close attention to detail. We had some supply issues but that was not their fault and they were able to overcome the issues. I …

Very impressed with this company. I found out yesterday, a previous roof replacement before I owned my house left my radon fan boot exposed on the roof and I had water leaking into my house. The next day, Ramiro came to my house. He text before he arrives and called me once the job was done. I never expected that a roofing company would take on a job so small and complete the repairs so quickly. Ramiro also checked the boards and everything to ensure that there was no additional damage to my roof. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Highly recommend this company.

Advanced Roofing & Exteriors installed LP siding, painted the new siding, fixed a damaged section of our roof, and also replaced wood that had deteriorated in our home. We absolutely loved our experience with Anthony, Brandon, Andrew and their team members. Communication throughout the project was consistent and clear. The team showed up and worked consistently and completed it in a timely fashion. They cleaned up the work area every night. The quality of the work completed was exceptional. The cost of the project was exactly in line with the estimate that Anthony provided before the work began. We highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Exteriors for future home improvement projects. In fact, we are going to have Antony's team do another project for us this year. He has ordered a window that will be replaced in the coming months.

One of our Waukee customers spotted a water spot on her ceiling and here's what Advanced Roofing & Exteriors found on her roof: 1️⃣ Don't wait — a small stain can mean ongoing damage above it. 2️⃣ Take photos of the stain now, before repairs, for your claim. 3️⃣ Call Advanced Roofing & Exteriors for a free roof inspection to find the source and document it. 4️⃣ We work directly with your insurance adjuster — one on one — to make sure the claim covers everything the repair actually needs, not just what's visible from the ground. You don't have to navigate the insurance process alone. Advanced Roofing & Exteriors handles the roof inspection, the paperwork, and the adjuster conversations so you get the coverage you're owed.Aug 10, 2026Call now
