Hello Stacey. We pride ourselves on being honest, dependable, and transparent. We are sorry to hear you do not feel this way. For the sake of transparency, we would like to provide some insight to anyone reading your review. When clients submit project proposals, we take time to review them and put you in contact with the right salesman to get the job done. This proposal was submitted with little time to review and the scope of work was out of our abilities to complete within your desired timeframe (Nov-Dec, 2021). We let you know this. In addition, we are extremely organized contractors that always keep our appointments. However, when your realtor moved the appointment, it gave us little time to regroup and put the team members in place to meet with you. We always ask that if you decide to make last minute changes, you must be willing to work with our schedule as well. We hear you found another contractor and wish you well with your future project.

Our contractor recommended we use Advanced Construction for installation of an egress window. They’re incredible to work with and did an amazing job. Their job was done in 3 days. About 2 weeks after the installation was completed we had flooding in our area and didn’t get 1 drop of water in our basement. I highly recommend Advanced Construction.

This is the second time the Advanced Construction team has saved me on some projects that I needed done on a tight timeline. They did a great job on trim and door casings and even had a device/app that helped me paint match flawlessly without having to repaint an entire wall corner to corner. Aidan was prompt, responsive and they got the job done well. Turned out better than I was expecting.

Starting with sales right through installation Advanced Construction team was great to partner with. We encountered some approval issues with our HOA and Advanced Construction stepped up and helped us through that process as well.

Everyone at AC and their sub-contractors were excellent at what they did. Professional and personable…. You never know the artistry and hard work that’s involved when installing a beautiful, tiled, walk-in shower until you see it happen day by day with these guys.

Google cut this review short. The full text is on their Google profile.

Advanced did an egress window for our basement. They did a beautiful job. The finish work inside was especially nice making it look like the window had always been there. Site cleanup inside and out was great. Very satisfied with their work. When our roof needs replacing we will certainly be talking to them.

They've done some repairs for me, my roof, and my new siding. They also reframed my garage doors. They are excellent in everything that I have asked them to do, and plan on doing more projects with them in the future.

I used these guys to install a couple egress windows a few years back. One had some issues with water coming through - there is definitely a possibility of the water coming in from other issues with some brick facade and the grade of the yard. It being a few years back, I thought for sure they would not do anything to help but I called them anyways to see. They 100% honored their work. They did not argue whether it was their install or if it was not their fault. They just said they would fix it. Right now it is so hard to even have a company call you back for new work let alone someone calling you back for old work. The integrity these guys work with is above and beyond your average construction company. I’ve been in business a long time for myself. They understand how to do business the right way.
