  We apologize for your experience however we do not have any invoices with your name in our system. Is it possible we were working for the original home owner and everything was not communicated effectively through them? We take pride in our work and honest business practices, we wouldn’t be here for over 60 years not being honest. As for the difference in the gutter prices, we are competitive with pricing and that differentiation has to include the lack of downspouts, gutter guard, or size of gutter to not be competitive! We hope you give us another chance in the future! Thank you and again we apologize for your experience.

  Not happy at all, had to call back for continued leak, I wanted stucco and new flashing under the stucco like original was done. Wouldn't do it and put up what I was told was decorative flashing on exterior of stucco, it looks incredibly bad. The worst part is since the flashing is now on outside of stucco if it ever leaks it will be worse than original leak and cause more damage. I was told they do this all the time, they shouldn't.

  Working with Adcock Roofing has been a delight. They communicate every step of the process. Their employees are very professional. They cleaned up each day and we found only ONE roofing nail at completion. The roof looks great and will recommend Adcock to everyone!

  We called about a roof leak and they had a foreman out to look at the issue the next day. He scheduled a crew to do the job the following day. Hugo and crew did a great job of fixing our roof leak. They were on time and quick. They did not leave any mess behind for me to clean up. Thank you Adcock Roofing.

  I just got a new roof and the entire experience was great from start to finish. The pricing is very competitive and they let me know exactly what to expect through the entire process.   Adcock Roofing is a trustworthy, family-run, local Sanford company that you can COMMUNICATE WITH and really RELY ON. They’ve been in business locally since 1963. I’ve been a customer for well over 10 years, and with multiple roofs to worry about, Adcock has provided me with so much PEACE OF MIND. I can honestly say that the company truly values building lifelong relationships with its customers. In terms of the basics, they check all the boxes; they have decades of roofing knowledge and experience, they care to always use quality materials, they offer personalized customer service and quality workmanship, they stand behind their work, and they always charge FAIR and REASONABLE prices. Beyond operating with this high level of PROFESSIONALISM that you would want any company to have; the range of ways Adcock Roofing can HELP is invaluable. In the last 5 years they have done two beautiful complete shingle replacements for me (on separate properties); but for many years before, they have provided honest roof assessments, offered education and guidance, effectively identified and repaired leaks, identified prior construction errors that led to leaks, accurately diagnosed sources of interior water intrusions that no other types of contractor were able to figure out, and provided additional types of repairs or solutions that allowed for multiple years of further roof longevity. I should emphasize that this is a roofing company that can actually do ROOF REPAIRS, and does them well. I highly recommend!
