I had used this company years ago before the internet was available for reviews...I bought an old Victorian home and after first rain there were leaks. Interviewed several roofers, chose Adams. I was home during the "tear off" which revealed original cedar shake (not removed). I admit I was a novice, I hired a roofing company to do THEIR job. Should have torn it down to the sheeting and inspected that. I had also told them to remove any of the aluminum siding around turret and 3 dormers as I was planning to restore to original cedar siding for new VALLEYS/FLASHING. I could go on, but in a nutshell: No ice guard, no new flashing, etc. Just went over the cedar with new shingles. I called them back many times for continued leaks during rain, got excuses from them after they "inspected" the areas. About 4 yrs later I got new eyes on the roof...tar had been caked on the areas where suspected leaks occurred. So more $$ spent to try to fix the errors that should never have occurred. Lessons learned: should have torn cedar off, new metal flashing around turret/roof junction, ice guard and THEN new shingles. There was no Goggle review back then, but any time I saw their truck in our small town I was knocking on the door to tell the homeowner what to look for and what they should be getting for their money!!

Used this company over a decade ago to have a new roof installed. They used 30 year shingles that were supposed to be double layered for the type we had selected. We've recently been having leaking issues even though the roof is not that …

DO NOT HIRE. Adam's took advantage of my elderly grandmother. Eight years later and the roof leaks throughout the entire house. Not small leaks, streams which fall into buckets when it rains. Not a complicated roof, but Adam's used the cheapest possible shingles and plywood so thin it was not up to code. Charged her twice what every other roofer said she should have been charged. Have contacted Adam's several times pleading them to stand by their work and they refuse.

Had a tree fall on my roof and it caused quite a bit of damage. I called them on three occasions and they kept saying that would contact me back soon. I even advised them there is hole in the roof so it's urgent. Been over a week and no …
