He got a couple quotations, worked with our building management in a very timely manner and finished the shingle repair in approximately 3 hours. The problem was due to bad sealing of edges and has held up nicely thereafter.

The shingle repair took about three hours, which felt reasonable given the area that needed attention and was consistent with my previous experience with roof repairs. The technician identified some underlying moisture damage the last company overlooked, which reassured me of their thoroughness.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Ace Roofer West Hills. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
