Time was spent to properly look over the roof for details on what to do. In my case, we had shakes that were going to be replaced with plywood and shingles. The area of our roof was about 3700 sq ft. Our roof had 16 inch facia boards that touched the shakes in the locations where the A frame joined the regular construction. We also had 6 skylights. We also had shakes on the walls of the house that came in contact with the roof. We also had one of the sheds reroofed. The challenges were discussed and explained. The job took about a week and the site was clean when completed. A portable toilet was onsite for the crew.

I am selling my house and needed a soffit repair on a steep roofline on an A-frame roof. I also wanted my roof and gutters cleaned in preparation for the sale. I contacted Derek and he came by the house, provided an estimate and completed the work that same day. Obviously I was very lucky that he happened to be open that day and would never expect this quick response normally. Having said this, up until this point I had contacted at least 1/2 dozen companies who declined to take on the job or simply didn't respond. Derek was true to his word and did an exceptional job! I couldn't have been happier. I would highly recommend Derek at Accountable Roofing for your needs!

We’ve had recurring problems with our roof over the past 9 years. Two days ago, we noticed a new leak. This time, we called Accountable Roofing. The next day, Derek came to inspect and provide a quote. He pointed out the places where previous roofers had made errors and told us how he would rectify the situation. His team came the following day to do the job! Finding someone who was immediately available took a huge load off our minds, especially since it was between Christmas and New Year, when many roofers were closed. Thanks Derek and team!

Accountable Roofing was everything we wanted: responsive to phone calls/messages, meticulous in detail, perfect in execution, and fairly priced. Derek roofed an extension to our house, matched the older roofing tiles perfectly, and left no debris in the yard. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend this service.
