  They don’t reply when there’s a question or problem. I’ve tired contacting them 4 times over 2 weeks and no reply to my emails or phone calls. Horrible service.

  Horrible experience. They were unreliable and basically ghosted us. When they finally started the job, they were unprepared, had only one lone guy here for most of the morning. Then he left saying he would be back tomorrow. Never come …

  Looked like a good company to start but they never showed up when they promised to start the new roof. I sent the signed agreement and they agreed to a start date. I had questions on the extras and the costs and they just disappeared and never showed up. Communication is key and they fell flat. My roof was leaking so as you can imagine this was very frustrating. Lots of other good companies out there with great service and more competitive prices.

  Northwood Roofing has very good contact and patience, and respond meticulously and promptly to all questions. The price is reasonable and fair. The repair work was also great and solved the problem with of my roof. The roof inspection work was very careful. Thank you very much Northwood Roofing!

  I had a great experience with Northwood Roofing. They were reliable, professional, and offered very fair pricing.   Enjoyable and easy experience from receiving quote to roof being installed. Matthew came to house to discuss options and products before providing estimate. We indicated our preferred start time and it was accommodated without issue. For the installation, the crew was very professional and took pride in their quality of work. They were happy to do minor fixes in difficult to access area like paint/touch up faded trim boards at the end of the project. Drone flight inspection after work was complete was great to see the work had been completed properly in areas not visible from ground level. Highly recommend.

  We have known that our homes large cedar shake roof was at the end of it's lifecycle. and we were not overly enthused about needing to go through an entire re-roof experience. Our experience however turned out to be fantastic!! Each and every stage of the process from the first call to the final clean up was excellent; it was a pretty seamless, from promptly receiving the quote to follow-up calls and answers to my questions, to a prompt booking for the work to get started...and a realistic timeframe for the actual work project. I would like to make a special mention and give a HUGE shout-out to the installation crew. Brayan and his install crew were excellent!! They worked incredibly hard and kept the promised quality standards incredibly high all the while taking great care of our gardens and landscaping. They never complained and did a great final clean up. I own a concrete repair service company and know firsthand how hard it can be to deliver this quality of service. Kudos to the Northwood team! I have no hesitation in recommending Northwood if you want a beautiful roof! Victor Balzer True Level Concrete Ltd.

  Northwood Roofing just completed a replacement of our entire roof (both house and garage). The the work was done quickly, competently and within budget. Tyler, in particular, was a pleasure to deal with. He was thorough, detail-oriented and responded to communications in a timely manner. We were quite pleased with our experience.
